A hotel that my parents were looking forward so much towards, that they overrode my recommendations. I booked two suites. One of the most disappointing hotels I've stayed. And for its price, it's extra insulting. 1. Poor service. Just left our luggage cart dangling unserviced - turns out the staff just kind of go to have lunch and ditches it halfway. What?! 2. Rooms are dirty. I see a lot of patches and spots on the walls (luggage scratches, or just shoe marks, etc) and then the furniture scrap marks and chips. 3. Staff seems genuinely unclear what is service. We were told the two suites were close but duh they are not - guess they don't understand what's accessibility means. 4. Breakfast offers Chinese and Western, but they are totally separated restaurants and you can only choose one. I wanted to go to the Chinese one but parents prefer the Western, and it's ok, but the design is bad. 5. The path to the Chinese section is very far, it's like an abandoned banquet room far. 6. Chinese restaurant clearly serves leftover from last night. Just don't go.

The staff is one of the most lovely people I have ever met. Kudos! The hotel is perfectly located, the breakfast is great - two breakfasts - Chinese and continental - you need to pick one. Overall a 5 star experience ?

The service was excellent, and I loved how incredibly spacious the room was. The location is also very convenient since it's right next to a department store. It is definitely on the pricier side, so it's not exactly for those looking for a budget stay, but it was perfect for relaxing and relieving travel fatigue. Highly recommended!

We were very disappointed to find that the pool was closed for two days during our stay. We were extremely excited to use it, but only learned on arrival that it was unavailable due to water changing.This is not a large pool like those in many other hotels, where water changes are usually done overnight. It is difficult to understand why the pool had to be closed for two full days.
