My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We were unable to sleep from around 5:30 AM due to a persistent clicking noise, which seemed to originate from the AC unit in the next room. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in our room was visibly dusty, which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. The staff at the reception didn't speak English, so I didn't see a reason to waste my time complaining at the front desk since we stayed there for one night and were already exhausted from the lack of sleep.

We checked out on 30 March and had a great experience. The rooms are nice, simple, and very comfortable. I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their help—we accidentally forgot our jackets when we checked out, and they were kind enough to keep them safe for us. Excellent and honest service!
I don't understand the good reviews here. This hotel brands itself as 4 stars, but this is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. It's a 2 stars at best. Room: The room was clean and okay, but not well insulated. You are awaken by the showers of the rooms nearby. It didn't provide anything besides soap. We had to pay at the reception for a toothbrush or a razor. Breakfast: I included a photo of the tables during breakfast: old, average chairs and tables, zero decoration, no napkin, no platter, nothing. No knives either despite some food needing to be cut in pieces. The breakfast was okay, but nothing exceptional, which is the common theme of this place. Common areas: Apart from the reception and the large breakfast area, the hotel proposes nothing. All this makes the price paid for this hotel (over 120€/night for a room without window) very expensive, and again, don't expect a 4 star hotel, this is NOT one.
Staff is great - friendly and patient. But the room was having issues with their pipe. Every time someone flushes their toilet we can hear a loud sound of the pipe vibrating and hitting something which waked us up randomly at night. There is no nightlight and no window, so if you turn off the light it’s completely dark, making navigating to the restroom a challenge at night.
Stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. It was very well equipped, spacious, and even had a large bathtub. Location of the hotel is decent, and there is a direct bus from Tainan station that stops right at the hotel. There is also a 7-11 at the ground floor of the hotel. I stayed at the windowless room, and despite the room being located on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and for the price, I would say that it is extremely value for money. Would definitely stay here again if I’m coming back to Tainan.
