Reviews
On the eye it looked great but when a shower isn't clean and a used towel was left behind, I wasn't happy. The water also didn't flush away smoothly.
The restaurant food was good, but table cloths were not clean, I hope it were very small sesame seeds that were left on the table but I am not sure.
The restaurant doesn't serve water, be sure you bring your own. Icecubes are available though.
Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I expected.
Upon entering the assigned room, I was immediately struck by a strong and unpleasant urine odor that permeated the entire space. The smell was persistent and made the room extremely uncomfortable to stay in. This situation not only affected my rest but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained by your establishment.
As a paying guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect a clean and sanitary environment. Being provided with a room in such a condition is unacceptable and disappointing. I would appreciate an explanation for how this issue occurred and what measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
尿騷味很濃郁，清潔三次，尿騷味還是很強烈，非常不推薦這家飯店。
I would give 10 stars! My son came here for a business trip from US. He got sick and we worried about him a lot. We contacted the reception and they took very good care of him. We really appreciated their phenomenal service. Plus the hotel is super clean with advanced facilities in room. Highly recommended!!!
Me and my husband stayed here for a night in a double room. It was amazing experience. The staff were all incredibly helpful, professional and kind. The room is spacious and equipped with TOTO toilet and branded shampoo/handwasher.
The breakfast was not just breakfast but “lunch buffet” full of amazing typical Taiwanese dishes and western cuisine selection.
They even offer free shuttle bus to Jiayi train station, a super plus for traveler who don’t come with car.
Highly recommended!! Thank you all the Hsin staff! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
I had a wonderful stay there as a family with 3 young children. Besides the kids friendly facilities. i.e. merry-go-round, go-kart, play rooms, I would like to comment on their above-the-standard service. Shout out to front desk staff, Linlin, for her professional and helpful service. I truly can experience the Taiwanese hospitality from interacting with her!
