Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport: Shared Transfer To Sydney Cbd

The International Transfer was badly labelled, the sign was above two lines and it was not clear initially which line to take, then there was a single line in a very dark area for lots of passengers. No departure board to check if you were going to make your gate, Chaos on a grand scale, Sydney should be embarrassed. Two female toilet areas, inadequate for the number of people, a waiting line, dirty and no cleaners in sight, bad signage for the gates, I had arrows in both directions for my gate. Not enough seating was provided for a full Boeing 380, lots of people left standing and complaining, No personnel employed to help travellers, perhaps a visit to Dubai or Singapore would be helpful to see how an airport in managed,

The shuttle never showed up. I messaged the company and received no response. Viator contacted me to see if I was picked up. I said no and never heard from them again. Ended up with Uber and lost $26. Not to be trusted.

Pickup spot was confusing. Should say exit airport and walk to the shared pickup spot marked shuttle 12. There is a person with your name on sheet that helps direct. The Van shown in the picture is NOT the van picking you up. So the picture displayed is confusing. Noone at airport could help me. I missed 1st ride due to this situation. Not sure about Viator this time.

Do not book with this company. They did not arrive for our schedule reservation. They then stated the travel agent we booked through indicating they would not fulfill the reservation but they had not. 30 hours of travel to start the trip without a ride to our hotel is absolutely heartbreaking.

Nowhere near the terminal for pick up. Took a long time to find the place then nobody was there. Very stressed after a 23 hour fligh

As passengers arriving into SYD T1 on a QANTAS B737, we waited a surprisingly long time for our baggage to appear on the carousel, but trolleys were available FoC. A few days later, as passengers departing from SYD T1 (with several items packed in cardboard cartons), we were shocked to learn that use of trolleys is NOT free! How terribly uncivilised! Getting from the taxi drop-off to bag-drop with more than just a wheelie-bag per able-bodied traveller is stressful enough. Having to figure out how to pay the miserable $5-, that should have been included in the taxes already paid during ticket purchase, is cruel and just plain dumb.

We walked out ot the termial to get a taxi. We chose one after asking prices. We couldnt get a clear answer from any of them.we chose to take us into central sydney. After the long way round and $102 and querying the driver. All we could was 'No that was it'. Stay away from taxis and limosium cabs.

Simply - it was easy to book, arrived on time, the vehicle was clean, comfortable and had seatbelts, and we felt safe. Our trip was from Noosa to the airport.

Do not book this company for transport! I arrived at Maroochydore airport and waited by the counter as instructed. The bus driver Mark was sitting there and didn't acknowledge anyone waiting. Then he walked outside. I asked someone if this was the point of pick up, she wasn't sure. I then walked outside and Mark was just standing there with all these people. We then were allowed on the bus 30 minutes after arrival. It took 1.5 hours to get to my destination. Someone else was there for 2 hours and when she asked why it's taking so long despite there being not a lot of people on the bus, Mark argued and said it is what is. He also kept playing with his phone while driving. I booked an uber on the way back to the airport.

I tried on 4 occasions (phone AND email) to cancel this booking and the driver apparently turned up to take me to the airport. Terrible service. Waiting for my refund

Avoid & get a Uber. Booked a spot on the advertised 5am transfer to the airport. Within 2hrs of booking they changed it to a 4.10am pickup. Requested a refund as their change in pick up doesn’t suit us. Tracy refused to refund as denied a change in time is a change to the service purchased. Offered a credit only but I never intend to use this service again. No T&C’s about the service provider changing plans. They talk about booking other times ‘at your own risk’ but honestly booking at all is at your own risk.

Fantastic service! Helpful staff who changed my booking because of a cancelled flight with no fuss or charge. Mini bus was on time (actually early) and clean/comfortable. Great value for money too. Can’t fault it and would definitely use again.

Be aware if your plane arrives in Brisbane international airport after 11pm or 2300hrs. No trains available at this time of night. So we booked and paid for Conexion to take us home to the Gold Coast. But our plane was delayed, so instead of checking for our flight, Connexion left us high and dry in tha airport with no way of getting home except by taxi, at 1:30 am . God bless taxi drivers.

So many things I loved about our experience.. Our bus was on time, you can track the vehicle, the driver was warm, welcoming and informative, we felt safe the entire time (I was travelling with my 5 year old daughter), and overall it was excellent service.

Great and timely service and last minute change of pick up was not an issue too. It also makes sense from cost effectiveness.

Great guys to deal with , I have used them from Tewantin to Sunshine Coast Airport on 2 occasions over the past month. You get picked up on the time they tell you and the drivers are polite and friendly. You get to the airport in plenty of time .

I didn't get to use this transfer. Viator did not answer my emails or texts to confirm. I had to ring directly, the company were excellent but told me they didn't pick up at our hotel. Luckily I rang or would have been left without transport to catch my flight.

Easy to book, friendly staff and prompt pick up. Our drivers both directions were friendly, helpful and professional. We had 2 bike bags as well as luggage and drivers and busses handled it all with ease. A fuss free way to travel. Highly recommend!

We utilised this service both arriving and departing from Sunshine Coast Airport. It provided door to door service. The drivers were both very kind yet professional and apart from a recommendation from us, to management ,to ensure air-conditioning works equally well throughout the bus ( the back of the bus was very hot during one of our trips) we were extremely pleased with this company.

We used the ConXion service to get from Noosa to Maroochydore airport. The driver came in the specified time window - we were the first passengers and we had only two other stops on the way to the airport. No complaints at all.
