Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise Latin Fiesta

Great boat is festive and spacious but unfortunately the food, service and entertainment is below average. You would be better spending a little more and getting a much better experience (try Sydney Harbour Tall Ship cruises) or spending a little less and getting the same experience (try Captain Cook cruises).

The staff were amazing and very helpful and food was decent and ALOT, however, I found the boat quite old and not very clean and the entertainment was quite average. The 4 hours was long and ALOT of downtime which made it quite boring at times however I have to give props to the staff who were VERY kind and helpful

I had really high expectations, but the show was disappointing. It was very short, there wasn’t much dancing, and the Brazilian group didn’t bring the Latin vibe we were expecting. The DJ didn’t seem prepared and the music was boring. We also couldn’t understand the host when they were speaking on the microphone.

While the cruise web site asks about adding special requests, it ignores your request. We had a child with food allergies to eggs and tree nut and no special meal was available. The supervisor on the boat was not at all helpful! We also asked to change tables as our table was up against the dance floor, and they were totally unresponsive to our request. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism!

My daughter's birthday dinner celebration on the Latino cruise was amazing, and she told me, "Mommy, I never had so much fun like this!"

We celebrated two birthdays on a girls weekend. The dancing and the entertainment provided were great. We had a great time with the DJ and entertainment provided.

Food was delicious! Drinks were very reasonably priced and entertainment was good. Awesome Harbour views!

The boat leaked terribly and is in very poor condition. The toilets are very small and leaked terribly. The Ad did not tell us which wharf to board from, the Ad told me 3 coarse meal and was not. The table that was set up for 3 adults was so much on a slant I did not want to.eat on it. We asked for water and the lady did not bring us one. Terrible experience. Do not recommend

We had a 4Hr harbour trip with plenty of good food, a fair-priced bar, and the entertainment brought a great dimension to the experience getting everyone up and in a party spirit! They catered for large groups celebrating events as well as couples from around the globe. Overall good value day out and the highlight of our Sydney trip!

This Cruise and ambiance was the best I have experienced in a few years. My birthday celebration was luxurious being in this Cruise. My friends and family did not stop dancing all night and the staff was wonderful paying attention to every detail. Thank you so much Vagabond Cruise crew!

The Latina show was great and winning tickets to another show was good to can’t wait enjoy everything even the food was good.

Very entertaining, dancers are graceful and loved to dance with the guests, music, foods, dancing upstairs with the views of iconic darling harbours and Sydney trademark Opera House 😍

The whole evening was a 3/5 They should improve the floor show , the host was 1/5. All he could say was '' lets go'' . The children 5/5. Food was ok, probably the highlight. I was expecting a little more, but for $100 a seat maybe ????

We luckily fluked the last night of Vivid in Sydney. The captain put us in great position to watch the light and drone shows. The food was tasty and plentiful. The Latino dancer were fantastic and full of energy... Really was a brilliant night. Thank you

That was seriously the WORST dinner cruise we have ever been on. We left starving and 100% angry and dis satisfied, food was like it was from DAYS AGO, the sauce on the pasta was soooo dried up, the beef was watery with absolutely 0 flavour and there was like 4 things to choose from on a so called buffet!!! There was nothing even remotely LATINO/Brazilian about the cruise And we couldn’t wait to get off the boat ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

We really enjoyed this cruise/dinner. The staff were excellent and the food selection very good. Drink prices very reasonable. Show was fun. We would recommend this.

I celebrated my birthday on the Vagabond Latino Dinner Cruise and had a wonderful night. The cruise director, Gabriela was very welcoming and organised. From the beginning of the cruise till the end, everything ran smoothly. Buffet dinner and dessert were plentiful and delicious. The dancers and artists were entertaining with lots of energy and many laughs were had. The music was great with varied genres and catered for all ages, most people were up dancing with the backdrop of Sydney Harbour. Highly recommended. We will be back again.

Great Food and Excellent show with Latino dancers. Great staff and good participation by everybody with Latin dance contest. Highly Recomended.

Start off with a great tour guide in Simone who was amazing offering us information throughout the evening on what was happening while we were cruising excellent service during the buffet and victor and Caesar the bar men were excellent and deserve pay rises their service was very quick and if they did not have the product they would go and get it for us downstairs and i would offer all three of them a position within my club anytime. .Pickup was very quick and with out any problems. The only minor problem was to do with the boat itself is that bathrooms were very close to bar and was very hard to get to them while people were in line to be served and very hard to access upper deck to see the view

Great Cruise. Great food & deserts. Latino dancers were very funny & entertaining. The staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend Vagabond Cruisers on the 'Star'. The cruise lasted over 4hrs show casing Australia's best harbour, Sydney Harbour.

I simply could not fault any part of this cruise. The staff were well organised, efficient and friendly. Boarding was very easy and the boat departed the dock very quickly. There were small nibbles already out on the table so you didn't have to wait for those. The bar (most important part) was opened up straight away and the prices at the bar (particularly if you bought the drinks package add on) were extremely reasonable. The food was reasonably tasty. There is a spacious deck upstairs where you can get some great views of the harbour too. Considering the cost of things in Sydney generally, this is a well priced and enjoyable way to spend a Saturday night.

We had a latino dinner night on board the vagabond cruise with 28 staff that attended. From the beginning of booking to the time we arrived everything was a smooth process. We had such an amazing time on board, beautiful food, music and entertainment!! Definitely recommend everyone to experience a night of fun and laughter!! Well done crew!!

This was a tiny boat with too many people crammed onto it. Food was terrible and like it was purchased from Coles deli. Performers tried to entertain but really did not give the latino experience at all. Toilets filthy by end of night. Never again

Boat never arrived and cancellation only a day afterwards. Wasted 3 hours of our 2 day trip. Pathetic!!!

My Partner and I and his Mother went on the Saturday night Latino Cruise this past weekend and had such an enjoyable night that we had to write a review to compliment the staff and service we received on a very busy night. There were a lot of "Doe shows" on this evening and all the girls seemed to have had a blast too. The food was of a high standard for a buffet style with a bountiful selection of piping hot menu items. Salads were crisp and fresh and pastas cooked al dente. Staff were attentive and looked after us with a smile. The show was great fun too. This was our 4th cruise with Vagabond and we would have no hesitation returning. There are certainly many options with "high end" cruises which we have also done and enjoyed, but if you are looking for value for money and exemplary staff, look no further.

I attended the Latino cruise with a couple of friends and I can ensure I had the time of my life! The food was awesome, the crew was great and really friendly, plus the lady who made the reservation for us actually speaks Spanish and so it was a plus! Great night, awesome dancers, and great outfits. I love that they encourage people to dance and join them, this is AWESOME! I had a lot of fun and will definitely recommend to EVERYONE. Plus, they also do competitions and I won a prize to attend another cruise, what else can I ask for? Thank you Vagabond Cruises for such as great night!

We went with a couple of friends to Latino Cruise, we had such a great time, the view was spectacular and the music too. we really enjoyed the trip. Great friendly staff, highly recommended. It exceeded our expectations.

I booked my family (7 of us) onto this excellent Latino Harbour cruise for my 50th birthday celebration. We are South American Australians and I wanted a Latin celebration for my birthday- and I got it! This cruise was 4 hours of beautiful food and fabulous music and dancing. The entertainment was a great experience also. The cruise director (Carolina) and her lovely crew, were so welcoming and professional, and worked hard all night to ensure everyone was having a great time. The food included Roast meats, with vegetables and gravy; some delicious Portuguese style chicken (so yum!) and lots of really delicious salads as well, plus bread etc. The dessert /tea/coffee was also lovely. The music was so varied and fabulous, with lots of Latino songs which is what I was looking forward to. The fact that you get discounts for children up to and including age 17 (our girls are 14 and 17); as well as seniors discount for my parents, made it so much more affordable, and is why there were families on board who all had a ball. There was also a hen's night group who had obviously been drinking prior to the cruise, and the crew managed to keep them under control as much as possible so as not to ruin anybody's night. I will certainly be booking this company for another cruise in future, and would recommend it to couples, families and anybody who wants to have a fun-filled night with beautiful views, great food and music, and lovely staff. We had a good trip. Right on time and had fast check ins. Nice and clean. Boat with reasonable dinner. Barman and staff were quite courteous and nice. We were accompanied by great fun loving groups who were bit noisy but it was fine as they were having some gala time. Great night views of the opera House from all angles. All in all good and worth the money for a good evening cruise along with your friends and family.

We were on the Latino cruise and it was a very enjoyable night with nice buffet choices and an entertaining show. The manager Laura and her crew were happy to make it a special night that we would remember and we look forward to going on our next cruise.
