Wonderful time very knowledgeable tour guide. Great breakfast. Solo traveler friendly. Great sights and jellyfish too.
Great tour with a great guide. Sam was very knowledgeable and funny and took us to a really cute little cafe, which also had amazing food. Would highly recommend
My friend and I did this tour during our trip to Sydney and I can say is wow!! Our experience was nothing short of incredible! It was an amazing way to sight-see the harbour and Sam made this experience even better with his kindness, knowledge and great sense of humour! Would highly recommend this tour! :)
Sam was a funny and knowledgeable guide. He had some interesting insights and funny stories about the Sydney harbor and other completely unrelated stuff. He explained how to use the kayaks and paddle really well and kept us safe during our tour. Would recommend.
As a beginner, I couldn't have asked for a better instructor—Sam was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging throughout the session. His clear guidance gave me the confidence to handle the paddle. Really enjoyed my time on the water. Highly recommended for any first-timer!
We did the Sydney Harbour Bridge Kayak & Breakfast Tour with our family and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Meeting at Lavender Bay just after sunrise, we were kitted out, briefed, and on the water in no time, paddling across a calm harbour with the Bridge and Opera House right in front of us. Seeing those icons from kayak level, with ferries passing and the city waking up around us, is a completely different experience from the usual viewpoints. Midway we pulled in at Thelma & Louise for the included breakfast, which was excellent, then paddled back with full stomachs and even better views. Our guide Sam was patient, funny, full of local stories, and great at making the whole group feel comfortable, whether you paddle often or not at all. The complimentary photos were a lovely bonus. Easy, unforgettable, and highly recommended.
Our guide Sam was very knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable getting in and out of the kayaks and celebrated our little wins haha. Such a fun outing and breakfast was delicious!
We had a wonderful time. The pace was leisurely and the scenery was incredible. The tour takes you into the harbor and under the Sydney Harbor Bridge. Plan to get a little wet, nothing too bad.
This was the highlight of our trip! Was really amazing kayaking in Sydney harbor during sunrise. Sam was an amazing guide with many interesting facts about Sydney and Australia. The breakie at the cafe was easily the best breakie we've had! This is a must do activity.
We had an amazing time kayaking with Sam. AMAZING harbour views and loved learning about the history of the Sydney harbour. Sam was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great as well! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a kayak experience.
We had a lovely kayak tour under the Sydney Harbour Bridge with views of Sydney and the Opera House. Our tour guide Sam was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour was also family friendly, we completed it with three children, the youngest being 12 and they all had a great time. During the tour we stopped at a cafe to get a lovely breakfast which was included in the price. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sydney it was definitely the best of the experiences we did.
Great morning on the harbour with Sam. Amazing paddling under the bridge and around to Neutral Bay. Small group and plenty of fun. Excellent breakfast at the cafe as well. Highly recommend!
Sam was a great tour guide. It’s awesome being out on the Harbour and paddling around into Neutral Bay. Highly Recommend!
Amazing way to see Sydney! Sam was an amazing guide filled with lots of knowledge, experience, and a genuine person to chat with! Breakfast at Thelma and Louise was extremely tasty with excellent service. All in all, a must do excursion and would definitely do again!
It was fun and the best way to visit the Sydney city center. Definitely worth the time and travel to experience this kayaking session with Sam!
What an amazing experience! Sam was an excellent guide, and he was incredibly patient with our lack of kayaking experience. Breakfast at Thelma & Louise Cafe was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this excursion more!
Great experience on the water. It was good way to Sydney from the water. An easy paddle which was enjoyed by all. Fantastic breakfast . Go ahead and book, you will love it.
FUN, FANTABULOUS, FIRST RATE VIEWS w/ Breakfast included in this awesome Kayaking Tour. Never kayaked before but wanted to see Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney skyline from a different perspective and have some fun. It was magical to see Sydney from the water at sunrise as the city awakens. What a fabulous and memorable adventure. SAM M. was a consummate guide - knowledgeable, friendly and so funny. He gave very good instructions on the beach and with life jacket & kayak, we paddled out of the calm waters of Lavender Bay. We had sunny and cool weather that morning which made the paddle very enjoyable. We went under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, saw Sydney Opera House from the water, passed various landmarks with humourous commentaries from Sam. We paddled to Neutral Bay and landed on a small beach then walked a very short distance to a charming cafe (Thelma & Louise Cafe) where we had breakfast from an extensive menu (breakfast is included in the tour) The cafe is a hidden gem & has this organic boho beachy feel which was reflected in the menu too. After a delicious breakfast, we paddled back to the starting point passing under a low pier and the Harbour Bridge again, skirting the ferries and riding the wake waves of passing boats. Yes you will get wet but that’s part of the adventure. As a first time kayaker, I was nervous but Sam was great and instilled easy confidence and I quickly got the hang of paddling. This really was a unique way to see the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge from the other side of the bay. Spectacular views and Highly recommended adventure.
Truly unique experience. Like floating in a postcard. Sam is a great guide and Thelma and Louise is a great hidden breakfast spot — charming and delicious food.
Great way to start the day. Having breakfast at Thelma and Louise was nice
This was a great way to see the harbor and surrounding areas. The breakfast was a nice way to break up the paddle.
Sam is a lifelong kayaker and customizes this must-do adventure for all levels of ability. This experience bested our expectations including one of the best breakfasts at Thelma and Louise half way through the kayak. If you are on the fence…. Jump off and get into the water for the best views of Sydney and a bit of history lesson as well!
We arrived in Sydney a few days before our ocean cruise and decided the kayak tour of Sydney Harbour would be a fun experience. As it turned out we were so glad we did. It will be one of our most memorable experiences. We were fortunate to go out with Sam, our guide and owner. We had kayaked before and Sam still gave us thorough instructions and set us up. We started from a sandy beach in a bay in a two person kayak. We were fortunate in that it was a perfect weather day with fairly warm weather and very little wind. We paddled under the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sam pointed out various landmarks, etc., as we continued to another small bay/boat harbor where we landed on a small beach. From there we walked a short distance to a wonderful little restaurant for our included breakfast (Thelma and Louise Cafe). The restaurant it itself would be a place we’d go on our own with a great menu of basic and exotic breakfast items, all part of our breakfast options. After a wonderful breakfast, and nice conversation with Sam, we paddled back under the bridge and to our starting point, with a little detour paddling between the piling and under one of the low piers for an added pleasure. For us it was a fun and great experience, but for someone not familiar with kayaking, or with not much physical strength, it may be a bit challenging, especially if it were windy. Sam was a great guide and very personable and pleasant to be with, so that’s a great plus. Plus of course seeing the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and the beautiful skyline of the city. Again, breakfast too in itself was worth it.

Enjoyed a beautiful morning kayak in the harbour with a midpoint breakfast stop. Thank you for a lovely adventure!
Awesome experience kayaking under the bridge and around Kirribilli to Neutral Bay. Sam was very informative and an awesome guide! Breakfast at Neutral Bay was a pleasant pit stop to fuel up for the paddle back. Highly recommended as we saw other tours that appeared more chaotic and unorganized. If you're looking for a more personal tour that allows you to relax and enjoy the harbor, look no further.
This kayak and breakfast tour was a highlight of our trip. We got to paddle under the Harbour Bridge, or the “Coat Hanger”, and around a few coves to our breakfast spot and then back again. Breakfast included a delicious drink and meal in a cozy spot looking over the water. The food was incredible, and beautifully presented. The owner was fun to chat to. Sam, our guide, was informative, fun to talk to, and made sure we were having a fun time throughout. He was attentive to safety and ensured we stayed well away from the ferries. To be noted, we greatly appreciate that Sam didn’t cancel our booking even though we were the only ones that booked on this time slot. We are so thankful we were able to do this paddle. We highly recommend this incredible adventure and opportunity.
It was an awesone tour around the habour with the added brekkie. Guide knew when we wanted our moments as well as coming in to give us information of the places around the habour. Roughly an hour to and from the brekkie spot. View was amazing, lots of opportunity to take photos and take in the atmosphere
This was an unforgettable and wonderful experience! Started at sun-up, navigated around the harbour, had great views, eat a really good breakfast at Neutral Bay, and throughout was entertained by Sam our guide. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to kayak in beautiful surroundings.
This was a great way to explore the harbor and start the day. Paddling was not difficult. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The views were amazing. And breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!
Good and well informed guided tour. We were lucky to have an exclusive tour as it was only a few people when we went. Good breakfast overlooking the water.
This is not one the best kayak vows of the famous Sydney Opera House and Bridge as you paddle under the later and by the first but it also is a wonderful way to see one neighbor by launching and another at the fabulous breakfast spot. Very safe guide and good kayaks, paddles. Highly recommend.
We loved the kayak tour! This was one of the highlights on our trip! The guide was very nice and also very funny. If we go back, we would definately do this again.
Great way to see some of city by water ! Breakfast was fantastic and our guide could not have been better. He was attentive and interesting. We loved every minute then had the rest of the day to hike, shop and eat!!
This is a great way to experience the Sydney harbor and get incredible views of the Opera house & bridge. Sam is a great guide and the breakfast stop was perfect. Definitely recommend to all visiting Sydney!
Had a great trip out with Sam. It was a very small group which made it even better. It’s surreal paddling at water level around the harbour. The cafe he takes you to for breakfast is incredible, all in all a great way to start your day. Would highly recommend.
We had a fabulous paddle on Sydney harbour out under the famous Harbour Bridge before breakfast. We enjoyed the commentary and company of Sam along with the lovely breakfast.
Absolutely amazing!!! If you do one thing in Sydney make it this, Sam my tour guide had some good laughs and was super friendly !!
I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter and she had the best time and loved the experience. She said she will be booking this again. Thank you for making her day.
Had an awesome time kayaking through the Sydney harbour with Sam. Weather was great, wasn’t as hard as I expected. Sam lead us under the bridge and past the Opera House to an amazing breakfast at Thelma and Louise cafe. Was worth every penny.
Just wanted to say how fantastic and memorable our morning breakfast paddle was, from messages from Sam earlier in the week explaining what to wear, bring also timings and meeting place, on the morning a briefing on how the twin kayaks work, front & back, how to get into the kayak, how to row, excellent detailed instructions giving total piece of mind for any ability. Absolutely stunning paddle out into the harbour underneath the Harbour Bridge and around to the islands around to the left, where awaits a wonderful cafe Thelma and Louise, amazing breakfast, very relaxed and then all set for the return journey. Amazing to create incredible memories, thank you Sam 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sam also took photos 📸 so no stress there wondering about your phone. Totally book this Morning Breakfast Paddle 🙏🙏
We had a great day paddling out on the Sydney Harbour! Sam was knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the paddle. I would recommend Sam’s Kayak tour if your looking for a great morning out on the Sydney harbour with an experienced guide!
What a fantastic morning in the harbour!! Sam, our guide was informative and relaxing all at the same time. Breakfast was delicious and a wonderful surprise - we’re going to go back to Thelma & Louise cafe again. Our group was small and we all got along very well together - lovely to meet them and we enjoyed everyone’s company. Would highly recommend taking this tour… we’ll likely do it again ourselves in the future.
Great food and guide was knowledgeable. Kayak in double kayaks around the pier past the opera house and stop to eat breakfast at a small restaurant.
We had the best morning with Sam on the water, paddling around the north shore, under the harbour bridge with spectacular views of the city. Breakfast mid paddle at Thelma & Louise was delicious! Would highly recommend for tourists and locals!
We had a great experience watching the bridge and the Opera house from the water. Breakfast was at a lovely place with very tasty food. Sam was a very knowledgably guide.
Had an amazing kayak trip with Sam on Sydney Harbour! From start to finish everything felt incredibly safe and well-organised. Sam was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxed and fun. The views of the harbour were unreal, and we even grabbed a bite at the cafe overlooking the bay afterward — great food and a perfect way to wrap up the day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable and safe adventure on the water! 🌊🚣♂️🌅
A great way to start the day on the harbour. A different perspective from the usual harbour-side walks and ferries. Breakfast was very nice. Thanks to guides, Sam and Warren
Well worth doing. Great guide. Stunning context. Generous breakfast. Most enjoyable even for us at 75.
