We were an hour late departing the ship. Our driver kept communicating with us. He was very efficient and easy to find. Thank you for the great communication. It made our airport transfer much less stressful than it could have been.

The van was on time and comfortable for our party of seven adults, however it would have been tight for eleven, the max allowed. The complaint I have was the description on Viator's website was misleading. It says each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on. We were required to pay an additional $10 each, for our carry-on cases, since they actually mean personal item that you can hold on your lap.
The driver showed up on schedule and the trip was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this as a means of transportation for two or more people.
Economy Seating uncomfortable on A380 QF2 1050779217 In comparison to the Finair and Sri Lankan flights on the same trip this flight an A380 had very uncomfortable seating in Economy causing me back pain since disembarking. It was so uncomfortable and even when you get up to stretch there is really no where to do this on that flight. I feel Qantas has put in extra seating taking away space that was previously available for stretching and moving. Otherwise service and flight was good.

We lucked out on this and the shuttle that Conni karn booked for us from Viking Venus to the ParkRoyal on January 25. Oue driver was the same gentleman. He was fantastic. Did almost all the loading for the 8 of us both times. He answered questions for us and gave us helpful hints. Very polite and remembered our names from previous. Van was older with lots of miles but very well kept and clean as a whistle.

This was a shared shuttle, driver threw bag in back, there was hardly enough room for the bags with the number of passengers.

We got off a cruise ship at OAT in Sydney. Email info was great with timing the day before we arrived. Morning of they texted to check on us. They were there to pick up a half hour before the time. Perfect!

We got off our cruise ship , waited about 20 minutes and the. Got shuttled with four other couples together to the airport . The driver was nice and used to the routine. I recommend taking public transit since NSW makes it very , very easy to navigate with swipe in and swipe off mode of payment . Google maps always has the updated schedule. This is a bit much for what you get … but for your first time to the country or city , it is useful for peace of mind
