VIATOR always keeps you informed and answered questions pretty fast. There was a hiccup with the company involved. Drives were changed and there was some miscommunication, which caused a delay for our pickup. We had had a day so this was a small inconvenience.
First time international traveler on solo trip to Thailand and everything was smooth. They kept in contact with me throughout my trip days prior and up to meeting at the airport. Driver was great. Highly recommend.

Everything from start to finish was good. We booked our journey from the airport to our hotel before leaving the U.K. and received an email which clearly explained the details of our pick up, telling us where the driver would wait for us, holding a card with our name on it, and even a picture of the precise location in the arrivals hall. Our driver was friendly, helpful and gave us a smooth and fast journey to our hotel. I would recommend highly. Thank you.

George contacted us on arrival and advised us to contact him once we cleared passport control. This took over 1 hour! But George waited for us.George helped with our luggage and shared local information during our short journey. Our transport was clean and well maintained with fantastic a/c.All in all it was a pleasant journey and would highly recommend.
