Private Transfer Sydney Airport (Syd) To Hotel Or Cruise Port

Easy to follow directions which were sent through WhatsApp and Viator. I had to call transfer company as I was expecting a text but no problem as I just hit the link on the Viator confirm

Go Sydney contacted us as we arrived at airport and provided detailed easy to follow directions to where to meet for pickup. Our driver Ilya was excellent: prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, giving us tips to get around and enjoy Sydney

Very disappointed, wasted a lot of time trying to connect with our driver. We came through customs and there was 10 drivers with signs looking for their people! We had to find ours at a different exit across the street at a hotel. Very poor communication and directions when arriving after a Long flight.

My driver, George , was excellent. He provided clear communication prior to my arrival and once I had deplaned. It was easy to find the pick up spot just across from the terminal. On the drive to my hotel, he gave my information on getting around Sydney and things to do. He was very helpful

From pickup to drop off, this was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The driver George was polite, informative and kind. Would highly recommend.

They were very thorough, sending text with complete instructions and photos of what car would look like.

I was impressed with Igor, he sent me a WhatsApp with details of the meeting point, as well as the colour and registration of his car, the day before. On the day he reiterated the instructions. He drove safely, had sweets, tissues and a bin in the vehicle.

I had to call the provider to get pickup information, then we had to wait 15 min for the driver to arrive.

Ilya was on time and waited for our delayed plane. He loaded all our bags and would not let me help. Very nice. He also helped with our stroller. I then left very expensive sunglasses in the car. I called, and he happily returned them 2 hours later. I tipped him well as we all should.

Terrible they would not refund me. Very disappointing because within my stay between Australia and New Zealand we had booked about 10 tours with them all of them was good. But for some reason I’m not sure what happened I had put the hotel to be dropped off in Queens Town hotel in Auckland. I called when we were in Sydney cause it was strange I didn’t get any text or notification. They said it said Sydney airport pickup not Queenstown New Zealand. I tried to switch it over to queens town but they couldn’t. Which was sad if they looked it had an Auckland hotel. Anyways they said thank you for letting them know so they didn’t have to pick anyone up. They could have refunded us but they didn’t. Honestly I think we should have been refunded Cause the hotel was there and it said New Zealand and we called to switch but no driver Available. We took a taxi. Over all though Viator is a good company to book tours.

On time, clear meeting directions, safe, comfortable, helpful and very friendly pickup drop off service

We were not expecting to have to drag our luggage the full length of the terminal to meet the driver and van at the curb. I must have missed the part in the description that we were not to be met in the arrival hall. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver unloaded into the hotel driveway versus onto the curb until we could get a bellman.we had to move them ourselves.

The service was perfect. We changed our flights at the last minute and neglected to inform our service. Upon arrival in Sydney I messaged them and became aware of my mistake. Despite the "whoops" there was a van there within 15 minutes that took us right to our hotel. The driver was fantastic and gave us a great tour on the way. After a 17 hour flight this was a zero stress moment and we appreciated it. It's ready to tell others that this was a winner!

Bags were delayed off plane. We told driver we would text after bags collected. When I texted that our bags were there and through customs he texted we had used up our 45min wait time He did wait for us but not so nice about it. Drive from airport to hotel was an experience. Needed a 5 point harness at minimum.

Very convenient. Driver was on time, kept in touch via WhatsApp so easy to find when we walked out of the airport terminal for pickup. Vehicle was clean and well kept.

Tanya was very nice and communicated regularly to ensure we knew when and where we would be meeting. She even offered to pick us up early if we wanted. She gave us good information while driving around the city. She was a safe driver as well.

Driver was not in the terminal to meet us. He sent us texts with directions where to meet him outside. Fortunately we had a trolley for our baggage. It was a long walk and unclear where we were headed. This was not what we expected. I do not recommend Viator for this transportation.

This is the worst car service I have ever experienced. Our flight was cancelled after we were sitting on the runway for 2 hours. We contacted the pickup service but were unable to get a hold of them due to time difference ( we originated from US with plan landing at Sydney). When they finally called us back, they said that we would be charged a full price anyway and we will be charged full price again if we want to rebook the same pickup 24 hours later. I would never book a pickup car service from the airport with this company ever again and would recommend the same to everyone. Booking with them, you will lose your money if your airline is delayed !!

Driver was good. Communication prior to arrival was sketchy so some anxiety over was driver going to be there and where and how to meet.

We were asked to pay an addition payment due to our pickup time was considered after their normal hours. Our flight was arriving at 7:45 pm. At the time I was disappointed of the additional charge but it was too late to cancel and make different arrangement. Our flight was 2 hours delayed and we were able to communicated with the driver via WhatsApp. The driver showed up when we arrived. We had a little difficulty finding the car and driver at the airport. Once we were able to find the driver he was quick to help with the luggage’s and got us to our hotel . The car was large to accommodate all of our luggage and it was clean.

Our driver was great. He gave us some good spots to go visit and eat. He was very kind and great driver.

The transportation was at the airport right in time when my flight arrived. The driver communication was perfect, and he even give us some history and tour demonstration in our way to the hotel. Super recommended.

Dreadful service. Cancelled journey only a few hours before I was due to take the taxi from airport. I was left struggling to find an alternative provider. No specific reason given other than a change in circumstances.
