It was a very easy to book a car service and able to assuage fears with the team / operators messaging through Viator prior ( thanks Reina ) And was such a relief to see our driver Rod standing there at the airport waiting after we endured such a long flight from the US to Sydney Australia . He was polite personable and professional. Picked us up in a clean comfortable large SUV .Rod also gave us a bit of information and direction on what to see and do while in Sydney. I do recommend the marqueses limousine service especially if Rod is your driver

Driver was in contact with us as soon as plane landed. Met us outside of baggage claim. Vehicle was super nice and clean. Dropped us off at front door of hotel. Very professional. Highly recommend this service.

Excellent communication with company and driver. Driver Bob was waiting when we exited baggage claim and customs and had texted us prior to our arrival. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and an excellent driver. He helped with our luggage and gave us a brief orientation of the area around our hotel and suggestions of things to do. Very much appreciated having a friendly, helpful and professional waiting for us after traveling almost 2 days to get here. Would highly recommend this company and driver Bob. He was great! Paul was waiting for me after a long red eye flight from Singapore. He was courteous and helpful and gave me wonderful information on Sydney and the area I was staying in. All in all a lovely ride.

The company knew the amount of luggage we had yet still sent a sedan. The driver was texting and phoning whilst we were still in customs and immigration when Air New Zealand clearly state use of phones in this area is illegal. The driver was then nowhere to be seen. In the UK drivers wait with a board with your name on it, simple but it effective rather than having to be a detective. Driver then moaned about baggage and I had to instruct him how to load it efficiently. I am hoping the return journey to the airport today is better

The driver Eli was waiting at the airport when we arrived. He handled all the luggage directly to the car Eli was very friendly and talked with us and explained things around the area as he drove and also gave us recommendations for various spots to visit or eat. Eli dropped us at the entry to the hotel and explained if we needed any further car service we can call his location.

No worries, no problem transport. They automatically adjust their schedule in case of flight delays so no anxiety of coordinating based on actual arrival time. I will do this again!

We were so happy we used Marquee Limousine service to meet us on arrival in Sydney, following our very long travel from our home destination. Communication with our driver was excellent and it was a great relief to have his comfortable car waiting to take us to our hotel. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Julian texted us to let us know where he would meet us in the airport. He had a clear sign with our names. The car was a very clean, beautiful Audi and he was friendly on the drive from the airport to the hotel. Wonderful service!

Our flight was delayed a couple of hours but we easily found Chris with our name right outside the exit at the Limousine kiosk. I also appreciated that they caught a typo on my flight number when we booked and checked it out with me right away. Professional and well worth the price after a long overnight flight.

This was a perfect choice for me after a 29 hour flight. My driver was waiting for me when I cleared customs. He took my bags and escorted me to his immaculate car and drove me safely through the morning traffic to my hotel in the Rocks area. We chatted pleasantly during the drive and he pointed out some of the sites as we passed them. When we got to the hotel he unloaded my bags and took them into the lobby for me. Overall the service was excellent! Thank you for a great experience.
