Great food on a scenic cruise. Great staff . Everything was excellent. From the time you were on the dock waiting until you got back you were treated like you were the only person on the boat.

Amazing experience overall. The food, views, friedliness and professionalism from staff was beautiful.

This tour did not disappoint! The boat was not crowded, which made for some really nice pictures. And the other reviews about the food were right--Delicious! Two notes of caution: When typing the address in, ignore the name of the boat company (just use King Street Wharf); otherwise, it will route you to their office (a mile away). Thankfully, we ran fast enough to catch the boat. Also, there are different types of bookings based on the third-party company used, so be sure the staff knows you booked thru Viator bc this includes some alcoholic beverages (see photo for inclusive beverages).

This is the second time that we have cruised with Journey Beyond and would do it again tomorrow. We did a lunch cruise and while they took the route to get the Opera house and bridge photo shots, we then turned around an went up the Parramatta River to Drummoyne. We enjoyed this route because it is not the standard one that the cruises take, making it a more unique experience. We like a sit down meal option rather than a buffet and it didn't disappoint. We also liked that you had a choice it was not just an alternatre serve situation. The size of the vessel and a maximum of 80 guests made it an ideal size with alot of room to move around on board.

My mum and our friends celebrated our Pre-Mother’s Day with Journey Beyond Lunch Cruise and we all had a fantastic time. The view was spectacular, the service and staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The 2 hours cruise is highly recommended.

Whilst the experience on board was excellent, when we arrived at the wharf at the requested time for boarding the trip was not listed on the departure board nor was there any sign of the boat. We became quite concerned that the trip may have been cancelled until it finally turned up at the advertised departure time.

I was very disappointed that there wasnt more of a commentary on this cruise and the lunch service was a bit hit and miss, we had to ask several times for missing items. Rather disappointing overall.

We made our way to wharf 8 on King Street for the cruise. Upon boarding the ship, the Spirit of Migloo, we were greeted and offered drinks (prosecco, beer, wine etc). We were then saleated) seated for lunch. There were several choices for lunch (spinach and cheese ravioli, salmon and chicken), yours could be different. Three of us had the ravioli and one the salmon. We all had the cheesecake for desert. The ravioli was excellent, as was the salmon. The cheesecake was a delight, not your usual slice of cheesecake. This one sat in a shortbread bottom lined with chocolate. Really amazing. We continued to drink prosecco through the cruise. The cruise took us all the way to the dead end of the harbor and back around. In all, the cruise was 2.5 hours. There was some commentary, but it was not so much as to be annoying. Even though it was windy and the ship did rock some, it wasn't enough to make any of us uncomfortable. All of us really enjoyed the meal and the cruise gave us a great opportunity to take some good photos of the sites. All of the crew were very nice and professional. We all had a wonderful time and would do it again.

We were celebrating my daughter’s Birthday. It was a fabulous experience and the staff were wonderful. Certainly a highlight to our time spent in Sydney. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this cruise around Sydney Harbour. Staff were lovely, food was quite nice and the views stunning. It helped that we had perfect weather.

Terrific experience on a majestic harbour! Very scenic and cruised slowly around the bays taking in the range of sights. Meal was very tasty (2 course) and drinks provided. 2 hours in length, we could have easily coped with another hour and stepped out on the deck in the breeze. Approx 25 guests on board for our cruise. Fortunate to get a beautiful sunny day. Thanks!

Cruise on the great and picturesque Sydney harbour with nice lunch to boot, what more can you ask for. Perfect way to get a pic with the opera house and Sydney Harbour bridge at the back.

It was really cold when I went so I didn't go outside to enjoy the views as much as I would've liked. The food on board was good and I had told the waitress that I was attempting to try as many Australian wines as I could during my short trip and she was on board. I became a fan of the river dinner/lunch cruises after I did one in Paris because it's such a beautiful and relaxing way to view the city. Highly recommend it!

Great trip round Sydney harbour and quality of food on board was much better than expected. Plenty of opportunities to take photos of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House etc

Wear dark glasses and appropriate clothing. Come hungry, the food is delicious. And beautiful! Enjoy the ride.

Very nice sit down lunch cruise. Staff was very attentive, walked around pouring champagne and helped taking pictures. I appreciated the assigned seating. Plenty of room to roam around the decks seeing all the sights without being crowded. Australia Day was crazy on the water with so much traffic, but crew was great. Lunch was really good too. 5 stars!

Our wonderful experience with journey beyond can be summed up in one word . Exquisite. Greeted with smiles and bubbles on board a beautifully presented vessel . Lunch impeccable washed down with free flowing beverages. Add spectacular landmark views, this experience is hard to top . When in Sydney this is a must do

The excellent food and staff , with breathtaking views of the harbour, we even saw dolphins . We were served in a luxurious boat , no buffet waiting lines.

We have the most amazing trip, the service was excellent right from our arrival. The boat itself is lovely and the food was amazing! We were lucky with beautiful weather and took advantage of the sights from outside in the sunshine. Would highly recommend this trip!

This was the most amazing Sydney Harbour cruise. Ever. I would highly recommend this cruise. Absolutely delicious food, spectacular boat and first class service from the fabulous staff. I even got a special birthday dessert . I'm coming back in November to do the twilight cruise. 10/10 from me. Loved it.♥️

As a local I have been on a few cruises on the harbour before. I would highly recommend as the vessel was clean, the size comfortably sat about 40 with plenty of viewing options and seating, food was excellent serving a main and a dessert from a choice of 2 options each, service was great keeping our included drinks topped up. The cruise meandered through the harbour up to Rose Bay and back to Berry Bay. I get sea sick but did not need a tablet for this 2.5hr cruise. I will be taking my visitors on this cruise to show off our beautiful harbour.

We were very very pleased with this tour. The 2-course meal was delicious, and the service was friendly. Only thing I would have suggested is a bit more of a commentary on where we were and what could we see. When I asked, I was informed but there were a few places that we were just guessing. The boat was very clean and new and easy to walk around.

We arrived early for our pick up at 11.55am at wharf 8, however the boat never showed up! The company who run the boat were closed so we couldn’t call them to find out what’s happened nor will Viator give us an explanation as to what happened. As the booking operator Viator should have informed us of any changes. This ruined our day and cost us time and money on what was meant to be a lovely day out, instead never went ahead. We are beyond disappointed to not have any contact from Viator after promising us they would contact Journey Beyond cruises and then email us with an update.

Nice food and drink on board. The weather was drizzly that day so we weren't able to make use of the open air upper deck, but we did go outside to take pictures of the harbour and the opera house. Would definitely recommend.

Booked this cruise with great expectations and am pleased to report every hope we had was met and surpassed. The boat arrived on time, our steward was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with the boat being very clean and well presented. The menu was varied catering for a variety of tastes with meals being beautifully presented and tasty to eat. Drinks flowed throughout the afternoon and we have no hesitation recommending this harbour experience to anyone looking for a lovely day out. Well done and thank you for a lovely afternoon.

A great day out on the harbour, made even better being a small boutique type cruise. The staff were great, very attentive and friendly, great food and drinks - highly recommend this over the larger lunch cruises.

The food, service and views were amazing. We had the all inclusive package and the drinks flowed. The boat was very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We have had other harbour cruises, however this one took us to places we hadn't been before.

While both the cruise itself and the delicious lunch were excellent; I little more commentary on what exactly we were seeing would have been helpful.
