We really enjoyed the tour in Sydney. As it was our first time in Australia, Rocky’s recommendations on where to go and what to eat were really helpful. We booked a day before and we’re thankful that he accommodated us. We enjoyed how “personalized” the tour seems to be. And above all, Rocky was very hospitable and nice, he didn’t make it feel a like a normal tour but he made it feel like a tour among friends (him included).

“We used Rocky Road Tours and Travels for our group of nine relatives over four days to explore Sydney and nearby tourist spots. The entire experience was completely stress-free. Rocky was incredibly flexible throughout and ensured our overseas visitors went home with lifelong memories. Due to visa approval delays, we had to change our plans multiple times, and Rocky was extremely patient in accommodating all our requests. He’s an excellent tour guide, and if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, flexible, and equipped with a comfortable vehicle who can cater to an extended family visiting from overseas, he’s your man!”

The BEST decision we made was to hire Rocky for a day tour of Sydney! Rocky has a heartwarming laugh and adds great color to the tour. He took us to major landmarks and also hidden treasures that we would have never found otherwise. Rocky completely customized our tour, which we loved. He even stopped at the grocery store so we could shop and put the groceries in the van instead of walking home with them. A+ Rocky!!!
Me and my friend had booked a tour with Rocky Road and had the best experience. We went to a variety of places within Sydney like Luna park, the rocks, and Bondi beach. Rocky was very knowledgeable on these locations and taught us a lot about the history and development of the area, he was extremely flexible with letting us explore the area and offered to take pictures for us. I highly recommend choosing Rocky Road Tours and Travels, we not only had a great experience but we learned a lot of information. 10/10.

His knowledge of Sydney’s history and landmarks was impressive, and he shared fascinating stories that brought the city to life. From iconic sights to hidden gems, every stop was perfectly planned. Rocky’s enthusiasm and passion made the tour unforgettable. Highly recommend booking with him for a fantastic Sydney adventure!
Rocky is an experienced driver who is quite knowledgeable about the historical and daily events of this Harbour City that we call Sydney! As a local Sydneysider, travelling as a tourist, I was very impressed with his warm and welcoming greeting to my family and friends who were on a cruise stopover early this month from NZ to Australia. He had a great smile and could tell stories and share relevant information pertinent to each location we visited. As a long time resident, I was even surprised with the unique detailed information that he passed on to our tour group. He has a wonderful sense of humour and he was easily so cool, calm and collected taking us to each location and picking us up. He is a pretty hands on fellow when taking photos and selfies too! Briefly, our customised tour included: Pick up at The Rocks, Sydney Zoo, Chatswood for lunch, Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, St Mary’s Cathedral, Harry’s Cafe De Wheels at Woolloomooloo, Bondi Beach, Pitt Street Mall, Kirribilli House and Drop-off at The Rocks. I also liked the way he was flexible and collaborated with our organiser on our tour when a restaurant we wanted to visit was closed and I suggested another restaurant that was open in Chatswood. I highly recommend Rocky for his tailored services to this vibrant global city!
