Make sure you understand what service you paid for. These guys chuck you on shared transport although I booked exclusive transport to get to our destination in time. We had to run our backsides off ti get to the check-in counter at the airport on time.

This offering is for a multi-passenger transfer from the cruise port to the airport. The operator will advise about 24-hours before the pickup when that pickup will happen. This information is not clearly stated.Two additional couples were to be included. At 8:50, I was advised that neither couple had left the ship. The first couple arrived at 9:20 and the van loaded the 3 of us. The second couple arrived at 9:50. The first couple excused their delay because they ahd booked for 9:30, while the second stated they booked a private for 10am. Neither couple felt guilt, despite being told the day befoer pickup would be at 9.The driver took them to the hotel first, and then took me to the airport terminal for my flight.

Apparently this operator is fairly inflexible about what he pick up time. I also noticed in their confirmation/reminder the day before the listed everything except the time of pick up. They listed date, location and contact info. I made this reservation 11 months in advance and did not remember the pick up time I listed. Fortunately we managed to get off the cruise ship early so we managed to meet our driver, who was 15 minutes late. When you make you reservation allow extra time just in case. This was in Sydney, Australia Otherwise transport to the airport was fine.

The baggage area in the van was too small for the number of passengers. Bags were loaded above the headrests which is dangerous in event of sudden stop. Of course when the lift was opened a number fell out.

Even though I booked & confirmed my 3 bookings I was never contacted or picked up for my 1st booking 06/18/25 So I decided after getting to my hotel I reach out to them personally and Ofcourse I wasn’t on any list Gentlemen was nice enough to apologize and put me on the list for my other transfers I’m still requesting for a refund for the 1st booking I was never picked up
Our driver Edward was at the dock prior to the set time and gave us a drop off option at the airport that helped us catch our flight. Very efficient and helpful.
When we departed the ship, the shutter ride driver was not there. We were told no one had seen anyone from the company waiting, so one of the port porters called the company for us at 8:00 am. The driver claimed he was there but left. As a result, we had to take a taxi to the airport because our flight was leaving at 10:05 am.

Ordered Go Sydney Shuttle after disembarking from the Crown Princess at Circular Quay in Sydney to take myself and two friends to the airport. The driver came early and got us to the airport in record time.

I love using Viator. They are so dependable and on time. I needed to change my time on this last trip and it was so easy. Our driver was also so pleasant and informative. They also have great excursions which every time I’ve booked them, they’ve turned out to be my favorites. I’m really sappy with Viator and we always use them. Your Go Sydney Shuttle driver took off without picking us up and I still got charged $40.90. We had to quickly arrange for an alternative, very expensive transportation to the Sydney international airport. This was a complete rip-off plus the person, named John D., was very rude, screaming and disrespectful. The scheduled pickup time was 7:30; however your contract stated that it could very by up to 20 minutes on either side. This driver blamed us for a two-minute delay past 7:30 am scheduled time despite it was totally our of our control to get there before 7:30 am since Carnival had its own schedule to unload over 3, 000 guests in an orderly fashion in addition to Australian agricultural inspection before leaving the port. We nevr had such a rude, rip-off experience in all the years we have traveled around the world. Please make to refund the $40.90 charge asap. No ride, no payment. I have also filed a dispute with the Citibank and plan to elevate this issue to the highest level until it is resolved properly. Thank you.

being hassled 20 minutes before my booked time whilst still on ship and every few mins until i got off, then receiving verbal abuse form another American client frustrated by having to wait. then sitting in front seat whilst driver managed to get to airport in 25 mins driving like crazy. not personable river either.
Shuttle itself was fine, but planning was a bit difficult for getting off the cruise ship. When booking, they asked what time I'd be disembarking the ship. I'd booked to pick up a car at the airport at 8.45am. Day before the transfer, I was told pick up wouldn't happen until between 9-9.30, so had to cancel car rental and rebook. Thankfully I had internet access and got the notice. I was getting off the ship at 8.30, and was already being texted about my status. My main recommendation is don't have firm plans/times and be flexible.

Our party was delayed from departure of the cruise ship and this was out of our control. It was disappointing that we didn’t get to meet the driver or get the opportunity to reschedule the service as we needed to get to the airport. A refund would be appreciated.

I had a transfer booked for a 8:30am transfer from the port of Sydney to the airport. I arrived at the pickup point at 8:20. The shuttle wasn't there. I called the company at 8:40 and was told my appointment was for 9:00 am which wasn't true. My copy of invoice showed 8:30. The driver arrived 10 minutes later and stated that there were 2 other passenger scheduled for the same ride at 9:00 am. Guess they wanted to combine both. Finally at 9:15, I told the driver we had to leave or I'd miss my flight. He called the office and we then left. Luckily I made my flight.
Friendly service, on time and hassle free. better than taxi and public transport, took us direct to terminal door.
