Amazing experience, easy pickup, guide informative and relaxed driver, saw amazing land and nature with lots of walking opportunities , Ben gets to lovely views avoiding heavy tourist areas and knows so much about the area, highly recommend, thanks Ben

Barry was great. He was very calm but encouraged me to see the blue mountains when I was car sick. He was very reassuring and showed me wonderful sites. I highly recommend him.

Ben was a fantastic tour leader. He picked us up in inner Sydney on time and was full of information during the tour of the Blue Mountains and a most entertaining host. He took us to many interesting and spectacular sights including restaurants. There were 4 adults (2 from overseas and 2 from Melbourne) and we all agreed that this full day tour was the highlight of our east coast trip. Highly recommended!

Ben was a fantastic guide, hospital and entertaining. Featherdale wildlife park was the best zoo experience we’ve ever had. The interaction with the animals is second to none, even getting to pet a Koala. Ben pointed out and elaborated on nearly all the animals. Scenic World in the Blue Mountains was awe inspiring. My wife loves Cockatoos and Ben summoned a bunch of them around us. My wife was in heaven.

Ben is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed our day with him seeing the Blue Mountains and Sydney Olympic Park.

Expert guide Ben Barry deftly guided me through Australia’s magnificent Blue Mountains. He took me to sights not easily reached by tour buses, such as the breathtakingly beautiful Pool of Siloam. I’m mobility challenged but Ben was prepared with walking sticks, and had adjusted my tour accordingly. Ben has vast knowledge of the Blue Mountains, including its history and people. Beyond the Pool of Siloam, he took me to other sights, including the Three Sisters, Scenic World, a former mining camp, etc. Ben is flexible and not adverse to accommodating personal requests, such as my wanting to visit a nearby pet store to buy a gift. He is personable, punctual, and provided excellent value.

My mom, Grandma, and I were in Sydney for the marathon this past August. We toured around Sydney with Ben for 1.5 days. We had a great experience! Ben planned great trips and was very knowledgeable about it all. It was so great to have these custom experiences. We were able to beat the crowds at these popular destination due to Ben’s knowledge. We cannot wait to hopefully visit Sydney and explore more with Ben in the future.

Ben ensured we had a great trip. He made adjustments to pick our group up at our Hotel and modified the trip to ensure we had a great experience. He was very informative the entire time, making sure we knew about the areas we were visiting as well as some of the locations we were passing by during travel. The destinations were outstanding and Ben ensured we had the best areas for the optimal viewing location. Next time I am in Sydney I will be calling Ben again.

Tour provides a great sampling of the vistas and views in the Blue Mountians. The cable car and gondola ride provide a uniqueness to the experience. We also enjoyed our visit to the Sydney zoo where we got a chance to see amazing Australian animals. Our tour guide's, Ben Barry, selection of the lunch venue is outstanding.

This was our second tour with Ben. Again he did not disappoint. We throughly enjoyed our tour of the Blue Mountains. Ben kept us ahead of the big tour groups. We went on the most fantastic private tour of Wilderness, Waterfalls, Three Sisters, Blue Mountains with Ben. He was amazing with all his personal knowledge of all the really cool, special places to see and things to do. Best private tour ever! Highly recommend!

We began our Australian Adventure with this tour. Myself, my husband, his high school friend and wife. We were in Sydney for a cruise. Ben picked us up at our hotel in a clean, spacious and comfortable vehicle. We started our day at the Sydney Zoo. We fed kangaroos and took pics with a koala. Saw many species of birds, reptiles and animals. We then made our way to the Blue Mountains. Ben took us to see the 3 Sisters and to many majestic lookouts. He knew all the best pics to take. Ben answered all our questions about Australia. He is extremely knowledgeable and sooo down to earth. He also knew all about the flora and fauna we encountered. We had lunch at a restaurant that was once a church and it was lovely. We opted to take the ferry back to Sydney. Ben advised it was a great opportunity to see Sydney from the waterway and we enjoyed every moment. Ben is an expert! This tour is the best way to begin or end your stay in Sydney. My husband and I have done private tours in many countries and this one was spectacular! I am a New Yorker and not easily impressed but Ben exceeded our expectations. Thank you Ben! We recently returned from a 33 day trip down under. On day three of our trip, we toured with Ben from personalized Sydney tours, seeing waterfalls wilderness and blue Mountains. Ben did not disappoint! Ben ensured that we saw everything we were hoping for and more! He picked us up at our hotel and the journey began. From coffee and washroom breaks, two kangaroos and koalas to breathtaking sites of the blue Mountains., to an amazing hike to the waterfalls and a terrific lunch spot, he insured all of our needs were met. Ben is very personable, accommodating, professional, and fun! Do not hesitate to book this tour with him, you won’t be disappointed. A definite 5 star experience.

Ben was great with communication and so knowledgeable! We truly had an experience that afforded us history, beauty, rainforests, cockatoos, waterfalls, cliffs, mountains, valleys, local artists murals, the steepest incline rail, history on coal mining in Blue Mountains, prisoner history on building roads and the Lennox Bridge. Short easy hikes to accommodate our group, leisurely paces allowed us enough time to see everything and more than we had anticipated. Ben chose the Bowery for lunch and it did not disappoint, great food. We feel like we were able to experience and learn so much from the many areas he took us, the towns we drove through Ben shared history and some personal childhood experiences. Ben explained the aboriginal history and what the names of the towns meant, he fielded many questions for us. He was patient, personable and by the end of day, we felt like friends. We also had a bit of time to souvenir shop. The three sisters, the orphan, the boars head, the overlooks and waterfalls were all amazing stops! Would not have changed a thing. If I could give more than 5 stars we would. An amazing day trip at a nice pace, filled with new adventures❤️

What an amazing adventure. Our day started with guide, Ben, picking us up from our hotel. We stopped at several lookouts and Scenic World on the way to Wentworth Falls. Lunch was a local pub. The three sisters (4 including the baby) and the views along the way were incredible but the Falls were the piece de résistance and worth the climb! Ben is full of interesting stories and facts about the area. Definitely recommend!

Ben was an excellent guide. He took us to the zoo where we were able to hand feed a kangaroo and an emu. We also got our picture taken with a koala. We then spent a lot of time hiking to waterfalls and seeing the three sisters from all different angles. Lunch was amazing as well. Highly recommend this tour and the guide

What a perfect day! The Blue Mountains, 3 Sisters, Scenic World etc.. were so beautiful. We had an awesome tour guide, Ben who shared with us many insights into the areas we visited, along with info about Sydney as well, and other interesting facts about all of AUS. Ben was engaging and made the day so much fun! We felt very lucky to have picked this tour and to have Ben as our guide! We hope to return someday and have Ben show us around again. The hikes weren't too strenuous, but there were always moments to stop if we needed to. The waterfalls were gorgeous, the rainforest crisp and cool, and we also had the chance to do Scenic World, and even take a lunch break with a stunning view. Pacing was relaxed, and Ben never rushed anything. Highly recommend and would do again!

Great day out with Ben to see a small part of the Blue Mountains National Parks. We added in a visit to Scenic World, which we really enjoyed. Ben adapted our private tour to avoid the crowds and to take into account our stiff joints to make sure we still had a great experience. His local knowledge made the trip even more enjoyable. Ben was fabulous! We discussed our wish list ahead of time and he was on it! We included a stop at the zoo first. He had pre-purchased early admission tickets and we buzzed right ahead of the crowds. The weather wasn’t great, but we still saw some beautiful views! Ben joined us for a tasty lunch in Katoomba. He was polite, informative and patient with us (Americans)! He has travelled the world over and shared many of his exciting adventures. We really enjoyed our day!

This blue mountain tour with Ben was wonderful. He provided an interesting and descriptive conversation as we rolled along to the blue mountains. We made a stop at Sydney zoo which we loved. It provided us a great opportunity to see the native Australian species up close. We then continued to the blue mountains and made various stops, it included the Scenic world trams which were fabulous. The views were outstanding. Of special note to travelers with conditions that can affect mobility from time to time, I definitely think you should consider Ben. He was completely understanding and flexible with determining how to move around comfortably for us when my husbands condition flared a bit. The next day we did a Sydney tour and he totally customized it to what we needed and wanted (shopping for me and museum for hubby) and was right on target with limiting our need to walk around too much yet still seeing everything, quite a feat in a busy city! Getting to drive around centennial park was a special treat. I will highly recommend Ben to family and friends!

The trip Ben planned with us was perfect! I felt like part of his family being shown the best sites in the Blue Mountains. He constantly ensured our comfort and made sure we were pampered by going the extra mile by supplying water, food and rest stops and always getting the car no matter how far away. An absolutely fabulous day out in the Blue Mountains. The views from various lookout points were spectacular and the time spent at Scenic World, despite some hesitation thinking it was more for kids, was actually a lot of fun. And we cannot say enough about our tour guide Ben. He is so knowledgeable about the area (and its flora, fauna and animals) plus being extremely personable and fun to be with. This was a fantastic private full day tour to experience life and gorgeous scenery outside the hustle and bustle of Sydney. This tour is a must do, and by all means do it with Ben!

My partner and I booked this tour with Ben to explore the Blue Mountains. Ben was an amazing tour guide. He took the time to understand what we would like and really tailored role day to us. Even with the grey skies, we were able to complete a few hikes and get some amazing views and pictures. He was extremely knowledgable on the native plants and animals which just enhanced the overall experience. Ben is a wonderful guide. Since befora the trip he contacted us to check which trails would be the best for us and scheduled the tour accordingly. He took us to a wonderful restaurant. And took us for wonderful places. The car is very clean and comfortable.

I feel so fortunate to have found Ben for our trip to the Blue Mountains! Each day was a perfect tailored fit -- a small miracle for us since we had no real idea of what to expect of the Australian wilderness prior to this trip. Ben went out of his way on the details- a perfect lunch spot, hitting the overlook just in time for the sunset... Bring binoculars and your favorite camera.

Best tour with Ben! A great day, visiting koala bears and the kangaroos at the Sydney Zoo. Then we went up to the blue mountains and unfortunately it was very foggy and we did not get to see the three sisters so the picture you see are the three of us😂. We then had a lovely lunch at the Bowery which is an old church and it was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our tour with Ben. Got in a little light hiking saw some amazing views and waterfalls but most of all enjoyed talking with Ben and learning about Australia, Sydney and the area. His knowledge of the history, plant life and pretty much everything was phenomenal!

My family of 4 did the Blue Mountains tour with Ben. He was great. He communicated with us to set the schedule up for what we wanted to do. We wanted to see the Blue Mountains and hike to some waterfalls. He knew the area well and maximized our experience in the time we had. Ben recommended we add Scenic World to our tour and so glad we did.

Koala and kangaroo Private experience was wonderful! Ben was engaging and knowledgeable. The entire trip was delightful! Definitely highly recommend.

Ben was an extremely knowledgeable and nice tour guide, however this tour focuses on the Blue Mountains, not wild kangaroos. Despite indicating that our main goal was to see kangaroos, there was not a secondary plan to look for them when the first option didn’t materialize and Ben indicated it was very hit or miss seeing them. Not his fault that the weather was miserable, but this tour just didn’t work for us.

Added on the Sydney Zoo, worth it for getting up close to Koalas and Kangaroos! Weather made it hard on the rest of the trip though, but we did get to see part of the three sisters.
