Our guide Kyle was very knowledgeable with the area and where we were going. He also explained well times for each location and where the pick up points were

Kyle was a great guide, delivered exactly as outlined. Fun filled day with prompt pick up. We loved the walk in the Blue Mountains.
AMAZING the zoo was spectacular! The kangaroos are in “open” enclosures. They are able to walk around and interact freely with the people if they so choose. When we got to the blue mountains they were breathtaking as you could see the whole valley from the cable rides.
Very nice experience to get to see so many beautiful sights. Everything was on time and the tour guide was amazing.
Although we really enjoyed the experience, we were disappointed with some aspects. We felt that the guide could have given more commentary as we drove around. (And the speaker on the bus wasn't very good.) There seemed a waste of time getting to the town for lunch when we could have had lunch in the town with the lookout. We were disappointed to be dropped off at the wharf with little info about how to get anywhere after the cruise.
This was an excellent excursion especially for a first timer such as myself to Australia. Richard is an excellent tour guide
Mark was a legend, knowledge of the places are beyond exceptional 😃
Great tour! We were picked up promptly by the tour bus at our hotel. We enjoyed visiting the zoo, seeing the Three Sisters in Blue Mountain National Park and riding the trams in Scenic World. Our tour guide was great and gave us lots of information during the car ride. We ended the day by taking the ferry back to CBD.
Mark was extremely impressive. He is so knowledgeable and interesting. Great sense of humor. One of the BEST guides we have ever had. Wii recommended to our friends to use your company and have Mark as your guide
This day trip is well worth the money, you get to see so much and get a guided bus tour along the way. Our guide Mark was so lovely, funny and knew so much. Highly recommend if you’re in Sydney.
It was a very spectacular experience, special thanks to Raph, our driver, tour guide, photographer, supporting us all along the trip, giving insights, advice, stories etc...Thank you ver much Raph, you made our day. Thank you operator, for letting Raph wait for us. God bless you all.
The tour was amazing and we learned a lot from our tour guide Mark!
It was an amazing experience and Rafael was an entertaining coach driver! He had great history facts and jokes! It was an incredible experience and everything was well paced and enjoyable!
I recently went on a trip to the Blue Mountains with my friend, and it was an unforgettable experience. We joined a sightseeing tour that took us to some of the most beautiful and iconic locations in the area. The stunning views, scenic lookouts, and natural beauty made the journey truly memorable. Our tour guide was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the trip. They shared interesting facts and ensured everyone had a great time. The entire tour was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this Blue Mountains sightseeing tour to anyone planning a visit.
It was good. Dave was excellent. He is knowledgeable and and shared so many facts with us,
Mark was a great guide. Knowledgable and funny. Had a fun day!
The whole day was fantastic, The zoo experience was amazing, then travelling onto Leura in the blue mountains was awesome but freezing cold as it was winter and only 5 degrees. The lookout of the three sisters was incredibly windy but totally awesome view and experience. Scenic world including the steapest train ride was sensational, the other two cable car rides were awesome as well. Finally the ferry from Olympic Park to circular quay, really relaxing to finish the trip
I would advise everybody intending to book with sightseaning tours for the Blue Mountains to confirm the day before the tour, the pickup time. I got my tickets for the tour 3 days before the tour started and it clearly stated on the ticket to be at the pickup time at 7:00am I had to leave my hotel at 06:30 and skip breakfast as it was not open ar that time and make my way to the pickup point. I arrived at 06:45 and waited for the bus to arrive, at 07:10 with no sign of the bus I contacted the tour operator by phone and I was in formed that the tour did start at 7:00am that was his first pickup. I was informed that my pickup time will be 07:55. This is the first time I had a problum with a tour and all of this could have been sorted if the tour operator has sent out a message to all confirming there pickup time as is done by the mojority of tour operators. The response I got was that they sent out an emil on 12 December 2025 to inform me of my pickup that I did not get, on the 01 May 2026 I got my ticket and it stated 7:00am I infirmed them I was making a complaint in order that other people will be treated better. The tour itself was very good and the driver was very nice and good at his job. I hope this review will be of help to other people.
My review includes Our tour guide and our experience. The zoo, 3 sisters, and scenic world were fantastic, But we did not get enough time at each attraction. Pick up was supposed to be 7:05 AM, But the driver showed up at 7.50. Instead of a 10 hour tour returning at 6:30 PM we were dropped off at 3:30 PM. The attractions were great but the tour did not match the advertised schedule
Our family really enjoyed this tour. Its a long day with alot of driving , but well worth it. Our tour guide was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun. You will enjoy this experience.
Zoo was a little disappointing as there were very few animals to see, also our guide only spoke to half the group and was hard to hear. No demonstrations happened while we were there. Blue Mountains are beautiful but the most fun was Scenic World. You have to try the train. Both ways!!
The trip was fantastic...leisurely strolls in the Zoo and Blue Mountain areas. The main driver went above and beyond in guiding us on our return. Had to take a Ferry from Olympic Park to Circular Quay and being new to the system, the coach drivers were very helpful and handson. Id recommend this trip any day. We did this on March 31, 2026.
As we only had three days in Sydney and this was our first time in Australia, we picked this trip as it has a full itinerary. Sydney Zoo was an amazing experience as were the Blue Mountains. We also loved Scenic World. Be warned that the queues are LONG at Scenic World, but the views were spectacular. All in all, we had a wonderful day, but we definitely needed more time at the zoo. One hour is not nearly enough time to enjoy it to its fullest. Our tour guide was really informative and the coach was very comfortable, too. At the end, we were dropped off at Sydney Olympia Park, where we caught the ferry back to Circular Quay, so we could return to our hotel. The ferry cost is not included in the tour, but that is made clear when booking. However, it is a cheap service to use and was very enjoyable, too.
We are fist timers visiting from Canada, this was a great tour, Highly recommend it, and the young lady that took us was great, she went above and beyond to make the trip as good as possible...
This is a great way to see some great places that Sydney has to offer. The guide was very helpful and informative. Thanks
Overall a very enjoyable day with a knowledgeable guide who kept us informed and updated at regular intervals during the trip. On a personal basis we would have liked longer at all the destinations particularly Scenic World at the end where long queues for the return ride to the top (the only route back) meant we only just made it to the bus in time.
This Blue Mountain Tour provided an excellent day away for my spouse and our friends. The pick up location was convenient. The bus was on time. Irene the driver was so very pleasant, informative and delightful. The stops were timed correctly. All in all a very beautiful and pleasant and long day. We had been touring Sydney for 3 days and it was a nice break from that beautiful and busy city.
Very nice your, with an awesome tour guide. The zoo was much too short as a visit and the scenic tour was too long and packed, but it was very organized, timely, and professional
A great way to see the Blue Mountains. The pick up location was easy to find and the stops along the way were interesting.
Great day tour which gave insight into Blue Mountain National park. Guide was knowledgable and friendly and tourvwell organised
Excellent tour Irene out guide was knowledgable and helped us all to get the most out of the day. Sign up for this tour !
Most amazing tour we’ve taken. Our driver/guide (Mark) went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of everyone on the tour. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sydney.
Our tour ended up perfect! We were afraid that it would rain and affect the sights, but we were able to see everything. Marc, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. He passed around examples, maps, and different items to look at during the bus rides. Sydney Zoo: Genuinely one of the best zoos that I have been to. The animals were very happy and the Australia native animals sections were so interactive. The only con was the tour didn’t give too much time to the zoo but we were still able to see all the animals that we wanted to. Leura: This was a cute, small tourist town. We managed to grab the last kangaroo meat pue and it was amazing. Echo Point: This was the highlight of our trip. The weather was perfect so we were able to see the entirety of the Blue Mountains and Three Sisters. The views were breathtaking and not like anything we’d ever seen before (we are seasoned hikers who live in the Pacific NW… so very familiar with mountains & ranges). Scenic World: Marc gave us a couple tips and tricks to get through Scenic World as easily as possible, but the lines were still long enough to make it so we couldn’t do the cable car, but we still were able to see so much and walk all the trails. Olympic Wharf: The listing was very clear that we would end here. Marc was able to direct all of us to catch the correct ferry and send us on our way. This was a very nice ferry ride that was covered and only took about 25 minutes back into the city. Take the Barangoo ferry to pass by the Opera House and end up at the Circular Quay train station. Sit on the left side to see the Opera House on the way in. Overall, amazing tour and our tour guide was unbeatable.
Pre information from driver are excellent. Negative is only that end of journey is at Olympic Park. Trip home orto hotel must be organized by themselves
If there is torrential rain falling at 7 am & not expected to stop all day there is really no point in taking this almost entirely outdoor tour. You can't see mountain views through fog & rain. Difficult to enjoy animals outside when it's pouring rain & cooling temps.
The Tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable about each site we visited. The whole experience from pickup to final drop off went smoothly.
It was great. Guide and driver were lovely and the coach thankfully was clean. My relatives from overseas got to see a very beautiful part of Australia
it was our first time to Australia, with a 7 year old child and a senior , it’s all wonderful. Our tour guide is very nice. And friendly. The only thing about it is that our group had no information to what our tour bus look like and how to reach out when seeing different other tour buses pass by the station. it might be a good idea to have a sign for us to line up.
Pick up and journey to blue mountains was fine.No instructions were given on arrival about how we needed to go about getting on the rides. We went on the scenic railway. We queued 50 minutes for the scenic skyway we had to give up to get back to the coach for our departure time.We waited 20 minutes for a family still on one of the rides but left without them to go for lunch. The driver returned for them during our lunch. We then travelled to the Zoo but with all the queuing we were feeling down. The Zoo was ok but my partner wanted a photo with the Koalas but it was shut.We were then dropped off at Olympic park and a 55 minute ferry ride back to Sydney.Overall a very dear and underwhelming and expensive day for 2 people.
The day was overcast so we didn't get to see the blue hue from the eucalyptus trees but still stunning all the same. We packed alot in well worth the money. And the ferry ride back from Olympic village to circular quay was a great way to end the day. Guide was great don't know his name but was very helpful. Fantastic trip overall highly recommend.
It was very rushed and we only had 45-1.5 hrs at each stop. This was not enough time to get through each attraction when there were so many people. You spent 30 mins in line just for entry or a coffee. We have done numerous tours with viator and this tour host was the most rude and rushed. Not a pleasant event.
This was a very nice tour of some of the Sydney Highlights ! Emma , our guide , was very personable , timely , and knowledgeable!
The visit to the zoo and Scenic World were very good. The lunch break was a total waste of time. It was a short break in a city that is a total tourist trap and had very few options. The PA system on the bus did not work and the guests sitting in the back of the bus could not hear, nor understand the driver.
Great experience; prompt pick up, knowledgeable guide who provided guided narration of the trip and also identified next steps of what we were going to do and how to proceed. I suggest taking the tour with The additional tickets for the cable car venues.. The only reason it was given four stars is because time at the zoo was too short, especially if you wanted to stand in line and get a picture taken with the koala. Even with that in mind, it only provided you with time to experience one area of the zoo.
Irene was a great tour guide and a driver. I highly recommend the tour with the scenic tickets included. The views at the blue mountain is amazing. We also have an hour lunch and I got to try the kangaroo burger which was great. The zoo was great and surprisingly the zoo has a great giftshop that is much affordable compare to the giftshops in CBD. We also had a photo with the koala which is an added cost but it is worth it. The ferry ride back is an extra cost but it is worth it.
Irene was a fantastic all the stops we made were great to from the Sydney Zoo, The Three Sisters, Scenic World and the lunch stop was great too
Our guide Irene from Sightseeing Tour Company was super funny and resourceful!! She gave us lots of tips about what to do in Sydney and also an amazing overview of the city, Blue Montaisns and all surroundings!!
Very fast experience too many thing to see, too short time to do it. Scenic wolrd was awful, impossible to see due to high traffic of people, doing queues most of the time there. I wouldnt recommend.
Currently the railway is closed for 6 weeks (3 more weeks from today) the booking operators have all been notified multiple of times but failed to state it on the booking so, we were unaware of this prior to going. Because of this we queued for over 1 hour just to go on the skyway and, did not get any time to walk in the bush or do any of the dinosaur walk.
Long but wonderful day. Beautiful Blue Mountains and three sisters. Loved the zoo and hand feeding kangaroos. Scenic world the weakest of the stops and very long lines for the aerial cars. Wonderful comfortable bus and very nice driver/ tourguide. Would have liked more time at the zoo. Cute little mountain town to have our lunch. Overall a wonderful experience and I highky recommend. this tour.
