Awesome experience made better by our driver Adrian. From pick up to drop off he kept us informed about everything around us, keptti time which enabled is to do so much. The guy was brilliant!

Directions to the meeting point wasn't helpful and at 6.30 am there are few people around to ask Hence missed the trip

Great day out , highly recommend this tour. Friendly knowledgeable guide. Only negative - found the bus uncomfortable with very little leg room . Meeting point instructions were unclear . The last part included boat to Circular Quay where we were dropped off by guide to get the public ferry. As we had already taken the ferries ourselves , the tour end fell a bit flat without a guide to tell you about the surrounding area.

What an absolutely incredible day! Celebrating my 38th birthday with this amazing experience made it all the more special. I cannot thank everyone involved enough for making my birthday so memorable. The Blue Mountains were breathtaking, the historic steam train was an absolute highlight, and seeing the iconic Three Sisters in person was simply amazing. Scenic World was another fantastic experience, offering some of the most spectacular views imaginable. Finishing the day with the Sydney ferry was the perfect way to take in the beauty of Sydney from the water. But what truly made the day exceptional was our incredible guide, Adrian! Adrian, thank you for being such an outstanding guide. Your knowledge, enthusiasm & professionalism for what you do made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. You kept us entertained, informed and engaged throughout the day, sharing fascinating stories, history and insights along the way. Your friendly nature, patience and attention to everyone made us feel so welcome and incredibly well looked after. Being able to celebrate my 38th birthday surrounded by such incredible scenery, wonderful experiences, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate another trip around the sun! A massive thank you to Adrian and the entire team for the effort, care and organisation that went into making everything. Every stop offered something special, and the memories will stay with me for a very long time. Adrian, you are an absolute credit to your company. Adrian was very good with a difficult situation. Just before traveling to Zig-Zag train the road collapsed to a single lane that had to handle all traffic in both direction. Adrian got us to train just in time. He tried to verify sufficient food at Zig-Zag train for our lunch but Zig-Zag food concessionaire worked as slowly as possible since they had mislead Adrian and had barely enough for 1/2 the traffic and ran out of food. Adrian made sure we had enough time at the next stop for food and managed to almost finish on schedule. Thank you

Ronnie was a great driver and tour guide. She took us up to the Blue Mountains and we enjoyed her wonderful way that she took us down in the cable cars and back up on the steep train ride at Scenic World. The zig zag steam train ride gave us beautiful views!

Was a good mix of sites if new to Australia. Our driver Adrian was excellent and knowledgeable. He made the tour extremely enjoyable and entertaining. Have no problem recommending this tour and give it a big thumbs up!

Very good experience and excellent value for money. Unfortunately the weather was terrible but that was just our luck (or not!). Despite this, I would definitely do the trip again and would choose this company.

We had such a wonderful experience on our tour, and a huge part of that was because of our amazing tour guide, Adrian! Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He shared so much interesting information along the way while keeping the tour relaxed, fun, and engaging. He was happy to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. You can tell Adrian truly loves what he does, and that passion really comes through in the way he guides his tours. He helped make the experience feel special and gave us memories that we’ll be talking about for a long time. Adrian was a great tour guide, he was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and the best places to get good views. Its an early start but worth it so that you get to katoomba falls before the crowds. We saw really stunning scenery and I would highly recommend this tour. The steam strain was a great experience.

Great experience. Definitely worth doing. Ronniie, our driver and tour guide, was knowledgeable and did all she could to get us in the right place for photo opps (it was rainy and cloudy).

Rochelle was great! despite the temperature drop from 31° the day before to just 6° and guess what? the weather guys got it wrong. it was wet foggy and very cold, but Rochelle warmed us up a treat with her personality and knowledge. Three sisters point was 'pointless' due to fog and drizzle, but not the tours fault. Nice cafe and shop stop. Then to steam train which was fun. shame we only got a small trip, thought it was longer. Skyrail scenic park was great, rainforest was great. Non English speaking middle East tours and passengers were rude and pushy. not very pleasant. Ferry home to circular quay was great as got fab pictures of bridge and opera house. so, see the photo... this is the pick up point!! no signs to say you're at the right spot, so be early or do a recon the day before, like we did. overall a good day.

Excellent guide who gave us a full history of every place we visited starting in Sydney. Some of the views are stunning

Phil our driver and guide was a great guy and looked after us all day - the trip was well organised and a great day out - Phil was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained the whole day

Phil was fantastic! Very layed back, knowledgeable, and funny. Would definitely recommend this tour for people who need a slight break from walking all around the city. The stops were all nice, and Phil was very accommodating. Would recommend!

Well run and informative trip. Our guide Phil had very good local knowledge. The mountains were noticeably colder than Sydney so remember to dress warmly. The day was carefully worked out so you never felt rushed and the ferry on the Parramatta River back to Sydney a lovely added extra.

I booked for the "Blue Mountains Steam Train + 3 Sisters + Scenic World + SYD Ferry" tour for $288 each more than a month prior. They cancelled it 3 days before the scheduled date. But they asked if I want the Blue Mountains tour which I agreed on. I learned later on from other tourists that the BM tour was cheaper (they didn't inform me). Our tour includes Ferry ride which didn't happen. So I asked for a refund but Brooke simply replied -- "Unfortunately there will be no refunds."

Chris was an amazing guide who was super professional and handled the day so well even with some challenges on the way.

Just kind of lame. The tour guide is nice. But the route she takes on the adventure part of blue mountain completely ruined the one thing I was looking forward to-going down the steepest train in the world. Just for convenience she makes you go backward (literally backward while you’re facing forward you go backwards up the hill) it is so stupid to do that backwards- it completely ruins the experience. I was extremely disappointed. The pickup location is the most awful location to try and find. No uber driver knows where it is, they can’t get there. You’re left wondering around trying to find it forever. Such a dumb spot to make people find, without any guidance. Such a lame lunch place with too much time in this pointless location with nothing to do there but a boring basic antique shop. Didn’t come ask the way to Australia to see a basic antique shop you can see anywhere. You are rushed the entire time except this boring lunch location- way too much time there.

Great blue mountain experience. Our guide Jakob was amazing - couldn’t have asked for more. He was attentive and informative.

I felt this was a great day out for those who want to sight see the blue mountains for a day. some of the views were breath taking

Overall a very good day. The bus seats were a bit cramped. The guide ( Ronnie?) Was excellent - very enthusiastic and good at keeping everyone moving and to time. Full of information. Katoomba Falls were underwhelming but perhaps they are more spectacular after a period of wetter weather. Finishing the day with a ferry trip into Circular Quay was nice and a convenient end point for the city. Enjoyed the railway and Scenic World. Slightly disappointed to have a diesel engine rather than steam on the railway but that's clearly out of your control.

This is a great day out and good value. It covered the major attractions with no need to pay for extras. Only your lunch.

Great trip, saw so much. Long day but was good because it never felt drawn out, didn't feel like we were in the bus for too long. Our tour guide Chris was great. The only negative comment was the pick up location, if I clicked on the link it too me to the wrong side of the sea life centre, the pick is at the front not the side of building.

Driver/guide was very nice and had a good sense of humor. The experience was paced nicely. We all had a good time.

Highly recommend to all, we looked at several Blue Mountains Tours and choose this one as had the extra for Vintage Train this showcased so much more to the Blue Mountains. Tour started earlier than most so had Echo Point all to ourselves no crowds. Chris our host was fantastic by end trip we made great friends n lots laughs with group. Highly recommend 👌

Adrian was lovely. We had a great time. Would recommend to anyone who has a day at leisure and is interested to explore mountain range nearby Sydney.

Chris was an excellent tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire tour. He explained each location so clearly, giving us a deeper understanding of the history and beauty of the Blue Mountains. His friendly and informative approach made the experience even more enjoyable. And also the lunch location he recommended was excellent, our group really enjoyed the foods a lot.

What a wonderful day we had the guide Tour Chris was fantastic, really clear and had great information for the whole day that was really interesting, he literally looked after his whole group 110% from start to end, even waved at the end when everyone was on the ferry. the memories well stay for ever just beautiful views. the trip was brilliant and me and James highly recommended this day. The trip was great except for the rain and fog, wasn’t able to see anything from the Scenic World rides due to fog but would highly recommend and ensure you go in a sunny or less cloudy day. The tour guide was great and know a lot of the history and animals.

Ronnie our tour guide was really professional and friendly. Her English was clear and instructions detailed. She was very organised and full of knowledge all throughout the trip especially about Australian history and connections to the Blue mountains and Sydney. The journey was timed very well.

We had a great day enjoyed all the planned activities and Adrian our tour guide was awesome he was fantastic, enjoyed his knowledge and commentary. Nothing was to much and he was very accommodating 11/10

The tour was canceled by the tour operator due to a lack of demand. But, the cancellation was not communicated clearly either by the tour operator or by Viator. An email was sent with the wrong tour information, and Viator continued to send reminders regarding the time and meeting place for the beginning of the tour. When I called Viator, they had not received any information about the cancellation by the operator. When I tried to call the tour operator, there was no answer. A Viator representative also tried to contact the tour operator without success. It seems Viator and the tour operator do not communicate well with each other.

We had an absolutely amazing Blue Mountains tour with Wine Hop and Coastal Tours, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Sydney. From the moment the tour began until we returned at the end of the day, everything was exceptionally well organised, comfortable, and enjoyable. A special thanks goes to our guide, Piotr, who truly made the experience memorable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and approachable, making everyone on the tour feel comfortable from the very beginning. His extensive knowledge of the Blue Mountains, local history, wildlife, and the surrounding region added so much value to the journey. Throughout the day, he shared fascinating facts and stories that made each stop even more meaningful and engaging. Piotr was also highly organised and ensured the day ran smoothly while still allowing everyone enough time to enjoy the spectacular scenery, take photos, and explore at a relaxed pace. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for what he does were evident throughout the tour. He maintained a great balance between providing informative commentary and giving us the freedom to appreciate the beautiful locations at our own pace. What stood out the most was Piotr's positive attitude and sense of humour. He kept the atmosphere light, enjoyable, and engaging throughout the day, making the long drive feel much shorter and ensuring everyone had a fantastic experience. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in delivering an outstanding tour. We would highly recommend Wine Hop and Coastal Tours to anyone looking to explore the Blue Mountains.

This was a great jam packed day. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Our guide Pat was great providing history along the way. The thing that would have been perfect to top it all off for me, would be some form of animal encounter. Overall well worth the trip to see and do as much as you can in one day, but not feel rushed.

I highly recommend this day trip , the Tour Guide was most helpful and informative, it is a full day with an early start , be prepared for inclement weather , a poncho is recommended .

our guide kept the group together and on time very nicely. Despite less than ideal weather, this was a great day out. The clouds and fog made the pictures I took much more atmospheric. Highly recommednded.

This is a full day experience, and it's nicely paced to allow individuals of all ages to enjoy it. Adrian Kishtoo is a terrific tour guide and he truly made this tour more enjoyable. Adrian is very knowledgeable and funny and he brought this tour to life.
