We did the private all day tour and saw the three sisters, waterfall, cable cars, a stop for lunch and the wildlife park. Rocky was so knowledgeable and friendly, as well as a safe driver. The van offered plenty of room and was very comfortable. Thank you Rocky, we highly recommend this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to the Blue Mountains & Featherdale Wildlife Reserve with Rocky as our private tour guide. He’s responsive and pleasant in our communications and scheduling. He gave us interesting facts and myths along the way, and provided helpful suggestions for our family including 2 elderly and 2 kids. Overall, a very smooth trip out of the city and everyone had a good time. Definitely suggest Sydney Top Tour :))

Our driver, Rocky, was friendly and well-informed. He told us history and legends along the way. He answered all the questions we had without hesitation. We did not feel rushed at all; Rocky let us go at our own pace and we still saw everything we wanted to on this day tour. Highlights included the animal sanctuary and feeding the kangaroos and the cable cars at the Blue Mountains. Wonderful day!
We had Kris and he was fantastic with our group of 6 ladies. He guided us in a way to let us see everything in the amount of time we had. It was wonderful to feel VIP in the midst of so many tourists!
And, he was right, Lincoln's Rock was the highlight!

The Blue Mountains were breathtaking and the stunning views fascinating. Kris made sure we visited the best spots without the crowds, took us photos and took care of every little detail, he was really fun. At Featherdale and scenic world, he shared great tips, making the visit even better for us.

Giving it a one because they cancelled on us the day before and were not able to find an alternative tour guide or other tour for us to take. They did tell us that they would find another tour, but that did happen.

Stopped off at Blue mountains national park to see Kangaroos in wild in our Blue mountains tour. Went on few rides through which were good, certainly I recommend Blue mountains Cable car. Finally, we had an easy hike round the forest area. Great

Firstly thank you for a great experience. I was living in Sydney for years now and never thought of driving to Blue Mountains even though its a 2-hour drive. When my mom and dad came over to visit me, we have decided to hire a private driver so we can enjoy the area at our own pace. If you happened to visit Sydney, its a must to take a tour to Blue Mountains. We booked this tour as we needed our own space and not to get in to a cookie cutter bus tour. The driver contacted us the day before the tour and explained the weather condition at BM. Next day, he was punctual and greeted us at the hotel lobby. As the first stop, we visited a camper site where we saw a large flock of kangaroos in wild and that was a real highlight of the tour. Then, we heads to three sisters, and some other lookouts. Amazing views! The driver is knowledgeable and very flexible. Highly recommend tour if you do not mind to pay for a private tour.

Myself and my partner had a fantastic day out to the Blue Mountains with a group of friends while staying in Sydney. Visiting from the NT we were used to awesome National Parks to explore and Urbanpassport did not disappoint on what they offered. An informative tour with an exceptionally friendly driver who went out of his way to show us all the best sights. Having done many tours all over Australia I would certainly recommend using these guys. For a new outfit they’ve got it just right in what they offer. We are already looking to book another trip, hopefully to the Hunter Valley, on our next visit down south. Thank you to all involved in the organising of a fantastic day to remember!

At a conference in Sydney everyone recommended to visit the Blue Mountain, so we took the tour with Urbanpassport as we were searching for a private tour than jump to a coach tour. We were perfectly taken care of by our driver Rocky , he was perfectly on time outside our hotel in central Sydney. The tour is super flexible , we were able to do everything in the allotted time and without stress. Rocky is a true ultra pro active guide, he knows the area perfectly. It was a real pleasure to share with him this day. The views are crazy, we were able to avoid the rush thanks to Rocky. We were perfectly advised on lunch. no surprise everything was top.
