Blue Mountains Authentic Tour Scenic World Waterfalls Lookouts

The tour person was good but the weather that day was not. It was raining and very foggy. We were unable to see The Three Sisters, etc. at all. We understood it was mother nature but not the tour fault.

I ended up going on with a different tour operator than Chapman Tours because every one else in my group cancelled. It was great that he was able to have go with another tour operator that had a similar tour.

Highly recommend this tour! Sean was an awesome guide. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to get us to the mountains early to beat the crowds. I loved the small group and all the stops were great with the kids.

This tour was a fabulous way to explore a part of the Blue Mountains! Mick, our tour guide and driver, was knowledgeable, professional, and fun! Communication from the company was excellent and thorough. The Blue Mountains were beautiful and the experience is timed to give you time to enjoy without being rushed. Really good tour with Tom as our guide! Nice early start to beat the crowds. Stops and timing were good, with appropriate breaks along the way. Blue Mountains and Scenic World were both great! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is when we booked our tour a few months ago, Featherdale was the final stop, not Sydney Zoo. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to petting/feeding some kangaroos.

We had a lovely day with our guide exploring the Blue Mountains. We learned a lot about the area and got to take in the beauty of the locations. Highly recommended tour!

It was the absolutely the best tour we had while there The tour guide was wonderful, he even made a curtesy stop for coffee and a breakfast sandwich and we still were first at most of the attractions

This was a great way to see the Blue Mountains, Scenic World and the Sydney Zoo. Our tour guide, Shawn, was professional and very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour, he provided great direction and checked on our comfort. We really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyed my tour last week. It was so cool to see the Blue Mountains in the morning with the clouds going through the mountains and rocks. I enjoy the nature walk as well. I like the Featherdale wildlife preserve closer to Sydney they take you at the end of the tour. This was a cool way to see various unique Australian animals. Definitely recommend this tour

Sean is simply the BEST! He knew the ins and outs of this tour. He’s very experienced and got us in and out of the spots before it got crowded. Hence experienced with the ins and outs. He’s very friendly and got to know my family a little, for the short time we were with him. He made us feel comfortable and safe. I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t regret it. If I get a chance to return and so this trip again, I am requesting for Sean, again.

A most enjoyable day. Jay was our excellent tour guide sharing his broad general knowledge of history and the environment of the Blue Mountain districts. You learn alot about Australia and what made our tour great was our tour guide Mick. He was very informative, perso able and helpful. You can tell he loves his country and job. Made our trip better than we expected.

Wonderful and well paced tour. The lunch was delicious and the cafe was lovely. Our guide Sean was knowledgeable and funny which made the tour a memorable experience.

Got to experience all 3 of the Blue Mountain rides, only got let down by the rainy weather which caused lots of fog, blocking the magnificent views of the mountains, though the fog did clear up towards midday. Got to go up close to the waterfalls and the lunch provided was great! Featherdale Wildlife Park was such a highlight, never saw so many Australian animals in one place before! Loved that the animals were all very active, unlike typical zoos where most animals just laze around and not move.

We had an excellent experience that far exceeded our expectations. Tom did a fine job of managing the trip and maximizing the use of our time. We enjoyed the Blue Mountain vista, the world’s steepest rail car ride, the gondola, and the wildlife stop. It was a very well planned event and such a nice break after 3 busy days in the city. Tom is very pleasant and enthusiastic, though his taste in music . . . :-). It was an unforgettable experience! Lunch location was okay, though the staff seemed to disappear after the initial serving. Perhaps understaffed? Have you considered a box lunch in a picnic area in the park? We’ve had that experience on other such tours with Viator.

Excellent way to see the best places in Sydney. Our tour guide Tom was fantastic !!! He really made our day fun and had so much information to share, we really learned a lot about Sydney. All the spots we went to were great and exciting. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. Tom our guide and driver was absolutely great. Keep us all on time and had many very interesting facts on the trip. We enjoyed the lunch and stops at the German bakery. The cable car ride were great and we enjoyed the wildlife park. Definitely a 5 star experience.

This was a wonderful tour ! We were planning on traveling to the Blue Mountains ourselves and do our own stops and decided to take this tour instead. Don’t regret that decision. We saw and experienced so much and had such excellent service. Tom was a guide and he’s a total gem You won’t regret booking this with the Chapman group. Well worth the money and time !!

This was a wonderful trip. We were picked up and left off at the same hotel, which was great. Sean, our guide, was very informative and was a great driver. The trip included tickets on 3 rides at the Scenic World and entrance to Ferndale Wildlife park. Sean was our guide on the rainforest walk in scenic World and informed us about many different facts about the plants there. We also had an amazing lunch included in our trip price. I highly recommend this trip to everyone. It was a small group and very personal.

Was a very long day but well worth it. We got to blue mountain first in line so we had beat the Crowd. Was very lucky cause it started to get Very crowded after we had left. Emma our tour guide was really good and knowledgeable. All the spots that we had stopped over the sceneries were so beautiful. The wildlife park was fun. First time ever to see a Koala bear so cute. Even took a picture with it. Also got to feed the wallabies but recommend just buying one cup. They don’t seem to like the grass so much they were digging around for the pellets in the cup. Maybe cause they weren’t that hungry when we got there. Would recommend this tour plus it was a small group tour which we did a lot and everyone was on time.

The tour route gave you a “best of” experience of blue mountain, the local vegetation, and getting to see and experience the local wildlife. Our guide/driver, Mick, was very organized, friendly, informative, and kept everything smoothly moving. A definite recommendation for anyone coming to to the Sydney area.

Sean was an exceptional guide who knew how to beat the crowds and give us the best experience ever! He provided wonderful commentary along the way. The van was clean and very comfortable and we had plenty of time to enjoy each of the locations.

The review system allows me to rate with a maximum of 5 stars. That makes this difficult because I want to give this tour 7 stars. Our Blue Mountains tour with Tom was beyond fantastic! The tour company communicated and set expectations really well. The whole tour went without a hitch (minus a bird pooping on me, but that's not the tour company's fault). If you enjoy Nature, history, and niche modes of transportation, this tour has it all in spades. We saw maybe 6 other tour groups from other companies while out on our tour and it was obvious none of them were having as good a time as our group had. If we were staying longer, I'd have zero hesitation booking another tour from Chapman.

It can be very windy and cold at the top viewing area. Several of the group had to buy sweatshirts from the gift shop to be able to stay outside the bus. Notify guests in advance about the possible windy and chilly conditions.

Tom was an excellent guide and driver, and this trip is very highly rated. There was so much that was included. It really couldn't have been any better. It was fantastic!

Best Monday ever. Sean our experienced guide led us smoothly through a great day. Beautiful place to visit but also helpful to have knowledgeable local guide. This tour was the reason to use a tour company. Hit all the right notes.

We though this was a 4 of 5 the tour guide / driver was amazing what would’ve made it better is if the seats were a little more comfortable and had phone chargers because it’s such a long tour everyone’s phones were dying and they wanted to take more pictures of all the beautiful sites and adventures that were included on this tour. I was very impressed by the driver/guide. He did both kept us on track and was very informative. We got to do everything that they said we were going to do in the description a very enjoyable day.

This was THE best excursion we did in Sydney! Our group of 10 loved it and were very pleased with it. Chapo communicated well with us from our initial contact with him. We got to meet him in person- what a lovely human! This trip was perfect for our group’s varied physical abilities, as we could walk as much or as little as we wanted. Tom was an excellent driver/guide- friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The Blue Mountains were breath-taking! The various means of traveling about Scenic World were a blast! We appreciated Tom taking us to Leura when the fog rolled in. Our lunch was scrumptious and we liked the varied choices we were given. The Featherdale Wildlife Park was a unique experience. There was a wide variety of animals that were native to Oceania; we got to see dingos, wombats, kangaroos, wallabies, and pademelons, and we even got our photo taken with a koala (additional cost)! The park and animals were well-kept. We would highly recommend this excursion to others! Ayyyyep!

Absolutely the best all day tour from Sydney!

Great trip to see the Blue Mountains, riding cable cars, and seeing the animals at the zoo. Shawn gave us a lot of information about the history of Sydney and told us about his time spent there with his grandparents.

I am a trip leader with a group of 24 people 18 of them were high schoolers. This tour was a great fit for them and Chapo and his team were fabulous to work with! Super quick to respond and able to be flexible to our group needs. Mic was incredibly knowledgeable about plants and Australia; and Tom was the perfect tour guide for our group of 14-18 year olds. He provided enough detail en route to interest them but also gave them time and space to chat and connect with each other. His grounded kind energy was perfect for our group. I would definitely book with Chapo again.

Ella was a fantastic guide. She kept us ahead of the crowds, on track, and pivoted when the weather took a bit of a turn. She was very knowledgeable. The itinerary was fantastic and well worth the 6:20 am start.

This was the best tour I’ve ever been on in my life mainly due to our amazing tour guide Ella. She was so knowledgeable and energetic and engaged all the guests with such a great attitude and professionalism. We loved how the tour was organized and the lunch was great. What fun day! Ela, our guide/driver picked us up right in time and gave us a nice and funny rundown on the area she lives so much! Even though it was cloudy she managed to get us the views we were there for! Scenic World was Outstanding with really fun rides through and above the tree canopy! Loved it!!! We were treated to a very nice Delicious lunch before heading to The Featherdale Wildlife Park to pet. Feed and interact with native animals and birds!. We gad sooo much fun feeding the little Wallabies!!! We highly recommend this tour with Chapman Tours!

Very well organised day-trip. Pleasant company in a small group (20) and with an excellent tour guide: Ella. Full day without being too much: a day of highlights instead of heavy trekking, made all the more enjoyable by a local tour guide with very interesting local stories. Ella is a gem, kind, funny, attentive to our well-being and very professional. We loved the 2 cable cars and the steep railway @scenic world, the fabulous views of the blue mountains and being able to feed the animals @the Featherdale wildlife park. The trip to the Blue Mountains was a bit foggy but that did not impact the expertise and the overall experience because of Sean, our guide was awesome. He had a lot of personal experience with the Blue mountains and shared some fun facts. He was informative about the local flora and fauna. Saw a couple of black cockatoos and a Lyre bird. I’m told these are not common sitings. Overall very good experience.

Very very heavy rain. Only thing open at scenic world was a cable car but there was nothing to see because of the heavy rain. Boardwalk was closed. Railway was closed. Tour should have been cancelled!!

Well worth the money. Just the right amount of activity. Each person in my group had a different "favorite" stop. Sean was fantastic. Entertaining, knowledgable, and patient with the varied passengers. Plus he had great music.
