Well, a trio of 57+ elegant ladies on a well earned trip from the Hunter Valley, decided that this would be a lovely way to start our girls trip away in the big smoke. We expected to get a little 'sea spray' and had worn appropriate clothing. We were provided with a lovely purple poncho which made clambering into the boat slightly tricky (for 'one-of-us-who-shall-not-be-named', 'Who would like to sit up the front of the boat?' "Us, us us!!' another who-shall-not-be-named, called out enthusiastically. We gracefully (hahaha) boarded the vessel and strapped ourselves in (another tricky task for some of us) and off we set to see the sights of the beautiful harbour. The driver (Captain?) proceeded to give us the obligatory safety talk and vague hand signals that we were apparently meant to take notice of, and then hit the pedal (?) to the booming sound of ACDC's Thunderstruck (which was magnificent) and short of getting whiplash we were off!!! The glorious salt spray gently hitting our faces we laughed with the slight adrenaline rush we felt as we set off to explore the harbour for the next 45 minutes......... 45 minutes later, a trio of not-so-elegant ladies crawled off the said speed demons boat with soaking wet faces and hair (and soggy bottoms!), stomach muscles sore from laughing, squealing, screaming and sighing with relief, totally exhilarated and satisfied exited the speed demons boat absolutely thrilled we had had the experience. Would totally do again and we all loved the experience. Highly recommend

Best fun you can have on the water! From the spins, stops and drifts. You can't wipe the smile off of everyone's faces! Out driver, Quinn, funny guy and made the experience awesome! These guys are number 1 for a reason. Don't skip this!!

The sun was shining, the sky was blue—23 degrees—and then racing through Sydney Harbour in that speedboat... it was just mega fun. The young blond guy treated us to all sorts of action and spins—complete with a running commentary—and we ended up getting slightly soaked despite our protective suits. It’s simply a really cool, fun experience with a professional and brilliant crew. Thank you!

Excellent! It was fun, the driver of the boat communicated very well, advised what was happening, checked along the way to make sure everyone was ok. The boat spun around, stopped on a dime and totally soaked us through! We laughed hard.

So much fun. Ryan, our skipper was terrific. Made sure we were all safe and gave us a terrific ride. Will do this again next time we visit. Thanks for a great time.

What an experience. Had a ball on the boat with Jake the driver / pilot. We'd recommend the 45min trip. But be aware even with a poncho you will get wet, which honestly just made it more fun. If you're in Sydney and fancy doing something a little different...... do this.

Fun, fun, fun! Loved the speed boating and spins and music!! Was so much fun! The driver was the best too! Just one thing - bring a change of clothes! I got soaked through!

It was a weather perfect day, seamless flow from booking, checking in staff briefing and of course the experience it self. We had an AMAZING time thank you.

We originally did the 30 mins experience and had so much fun that we wanted to try the extreme adventure. The extra 15 mins is worth the bigger spins and getting to go out further to see more. We had great drivers on both days making it really fun and music was perfect to have everyone amped up.

We did the jet boat ride yesterday and it was such a fun family experience! From the moment we took off it was full of laughs, spins and plenty of excitement. The crew were fantastic and made the whole ride really entertaining. Fair warning!!! You will get wet! My teenage daughter wasn’t overly impressed about that part (haha), but the rest of us thought it just added to the fun. If you’re looking for something a bit adventurous that will have the whole family laughing and enjoying the moment together, I would highly recommend it. Such a great way to make some fun memories!

What a fantastic experience. Isaac our boat driver was phenomenal. He explained the safety procedures thoroughly and only wanted people to have the best experience. It was magical and went to quick. There is an expression that time flies when your having fun.

Awesome experience and amazing way to see Sydney harbour. Isaac the driver was very knowledgeable and skilled boat driver. Would recommend to anyone wanting an adrenaline rush and see the harbour at the same time. We will do this again when we return.

What can I say! The experience was amazing. I speak for my family that the staff were super helpful and accomodating as this was our first Jet boat ride! The fee was fair and great value for what it was :) The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Best for any day of the week if you would a swim in the ocean! We loved every minute of the Rush :D Great start to start our 2026!

We went on the adrenaline rush ride and it certainly was an adrenaline rush!! We went as a family and we all enjoyed it tremendously! The driver was fantastic always checking on everyone’s safety and ensuring we all had fun. Highly recommend it

Thank you for a fantastic trip on the harbour! We had such a fun time. We enjoyed the few stops around the harbour and found the information the skipper gave interesting and not too long, keeping the tour moving along well. The cost was appropriate, and we felt that we got a great experience for the price.

5/5 experience. I booked directly through their website for two and found the pricing was reasonable. We went on the 45 minute jet ride with Skipper Tom and he made the experience far more enjoyable. Everyone on board wanted to have lots of fun, counted down and loved the experience. I was privileged to sit at the front and it was exhilarating. Highly recommend this for all ages but those looking for fun on water.

Great trip in the harbour with our brilliant driver Isaac. He was great fun from start to finish but always made sure everyone was having fun. Great to see the sights from the water and the kids loved it.

Big thanks to skipper Tommy and Thunder Boat for a wild ride! I didn't think I was gonna make it cos I'm disabled, but they made it happen so am very grateful. Even if they supply heavyweight ponchos, you will get wet given the 'extreme' nature of the ride - prob best to wear just swimmers and flip flops, bring a towel and leave all valuables safely back on pontoon. All to the sound of 80s hits blaring outta the speakers, the whole of Sydney Harbour will notice you in a bright yellow boat ha ha!

This is one of the best things I've ever done on Sydney Harbour. The day was warm and sunny and getting splashed was the goal. It was such a great way to see all the bays and suburbs and mansions as you navigate the perimeter of the harbour whilst experiencing the thrill of jetboating and all the spins and splashes. I had a smile on my dial the whole 45 minutes. This was a gift from my children via RedBalloon and I loved every minute of it. Even though I was wearing a poncho, my pants and shoes still got wet but I had planned for it and took a change of clothes and shoes with me. They have a locker you can leave your bags and phones etc in whilst on your ride. I will definitely do this again with a friend or two next time I visit Sydney.
