The two-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really nice. Parking was a bit pricey, but the valet service made it convenient. Just a heads up that it’s a car stacker system and parking can’t be reserved in advance. We drove a small SUV and it fit fine, but if you have a larger car, I’d recommend checking with the hotel beforehand.
The location was great too, walking distance to Thai Town, Chinatown, Darling Square and Town Hall. The only downsides were that the lifts had a musty/mouldy smell, the hallways felt a bit dated, and we could sometimes smell food from other apartments. Otherwise, a comfortable and decent stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Zara Tower. The service and cleanliness were excellent — 10/10! The room was very comfortable, and the beds were great to sleep in. The only downside was that the soundproofing could be better. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
My family really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Zara. We were in the SoHo luxury suite and it lived up the hype. Comfortable bed, 1100 sq feet of space, decor was on point, the industrial feel gave the room a nice vibe.
The front desk staff is really nice and helpful especially Christine, she treated us with care that’s not commonly found in most hotels.
The location is great near so many great cafes.

We have recently returned from 5 nights at Zara Tower and had such a fantastic stay. This was perfect accommodation for our young family; with spacious apartments filled with high quality appliances in the kitchen and laundry. Easy walking distance to trains and light rail, along with a bus stop directly out the front. Rooms were immaculately serviced each day. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back and will recommend to anyone we know travelling to Sydney!
My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we all had a really great experience. From the first day, the staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early – that made traveling with the family much easier.we enjoyed the breakfast next doir recomended by staff member duscount applied on our meals.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our rooms felt cozy and well maintained, which helped everyone relax after long days exploring. The location couldn’t have been better – everything in Sydney city was within walking distance to world square Shopping centre, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all, even with kids.
We especially loved having a kitchen and a terrace. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare simple family meals, and the terrace was a lovely spot to eat together. It made our stay feel more special.
Overall, our family was very satisfied. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sydney, and we can easily recommend this hotel to any family visiting the city."
