⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Exceptional Stay! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and immaculately clean. My room was beautifully presented with a very comfortable bed, high-quality amenities, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. The location is excellent—close to Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, and plenty of great restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore Sydney on foot. One of the highlights was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. Their friendliness and willingness to help made all the difference. Overall, I couldn’t fault my stay. If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton. I will definitely be staying here again!

An absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in providing exceptional service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.

5/5 Beds are extremely comfy! 3/5 air conditioning is decent although could be more cooler! 1/5 food options are.. there but nothing crazy just very bare bone basic food, you could definitely get better options going out into the city. 5/5 on privacy and quietness cannot hear other people! 2/5 tv barely has ANYTHING and barely works at all, after going out so much wanted downtime to unwind and relax and there was NOTHING on the tv besides standard tv channels, no complimentary Netflix etc or no no options to sign into a Netflix account.. + tv remote was barely functioning 😔.. 1/5 Bathroom has 0 fans… gets quiet stuffy and the Water pressure very low, toilets flush very minimally and shower feels like you’re just in the rain lol.. could be better! 4/5 for Cleanliness! 2/5 Elevators they are not enough elevators! They’re super slow and you’re always waiting to get up or down… definitely in need of some maintenance in regard to this. Location 4/5 near so much, light rails are right across from here and you can easily take them to go to CBD and all around! All in all would give it 3/5 stars! the hotel overall has potential for sure, but until then I personally won’t be coming back after my stay unless things are further improved. 🙏✨

King Waratah premium room 801: Clean, Comfy, Quiet. Room at the end of the hallway with a slight view over the water. Slight because it's sydney and you're surrounded by buildings. A certain beauty in it. Hotel gym has free weights up to 22kg, couple of cardio machines and an out of order total gym machine. I was the only one in there so had plenty of space to do what i wanted to do, but don't expect many different machines. Size of room was great, shower hot and good pressure. Bed big and comfy. Tv had a burned in line from the hotel preview, but able to pick up netflix. Mini bar was complimentary and refilled daily. Staff incredibly friendly and requests like a later turn over or refill of coffee was instantly taken care of. Will be back.
