Thank you for a great experience from Thursday to Sunday, staying with a group of friends, couldn't fault any part of the stay. Rooms very spacious and clean, good sized shower with plenty of hot water and food was excellent. All staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and have already done so.

The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Everything ran seamlessly, making for a completely enjoyable experience. We recently stayed at Veriu for a week while hosting a corporate event for aprox. 100 guests and a support crew of up to 48 people. Sri and his team were outstanding throughout, with Sai providing exceptional hands-on support around the clock and Arthur delivering a fantastic dining experience for our group. The hotel's modern, immaculately presented rooms, conference facilities, café, gym, outdoor terrace, and seamless transport and logistics access made it the perfect venue for our event. The feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive, and we would highly recommend Veriu to anyone planning a corporate event or large group stay. This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe not even a 3 star. Read on to find out why. 24 hour reception is not what we experienced. Waiting outside in the cold, called the desk number of times - no answer. Had requested and pre booked head 3 days in advance, called to make sure we had - a ‘quite’ room at the back of the building. Got given one at the front of the building along side the highway and hydraulic room. When inquiring, reception just said ‘sorry none available’. The room was passable, but as you can see was not cleaned properly. They have some extra low quality draws for you to put your clothes or a small rack (not ideal if you actually planned on using the cooking facilities - unless you’re okay with the business clothes smelling like dinner. And no you can’t open a window). And you cannot change the aircon settings. They are set at 20°. The beds are a firm, low quality mattress. The mattress protectors don’t cover the complete mattress. King size, not a true king size, as your feet will stick out the end of the bed. If you want extra pillows you need to contact reception for the pillow cases - so I do wonder about the cleanliness - considering not every guest would bother calling them ‘again’ for yet another service that should be included in a 4.5 star hotel. You get no extras, no water bottles, no vanity kits, no choice of tea (2 tea bags is all you get), no slippers, no robes, nothing. The bathroom was neat, but the towels are small and rough like the ones you get at a gym. This is a budget hotel and needs to be re-rated. Very disappointing.
I recently stayed at the Veriu Hotel at Macquarie Park. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was also a big highlight, making it easy to get around and I enjoyed everything nearby. On top of that, the view from the hotel was fantastic and really added to the stay. The only downside was the smell inside the room. It had a noticeably outdated, old scent that made the space feel less fresh than expected. While it didn’t completely ruin the experience, it was something that stood out. Aside from that issue, everything else was very good, and I’d still consider staying here again.
