We stay at this pet friendly hotel with our old girl most times we come to Sydney. The rooms are quirky and fully self contained including washer and dryer. Some have balconies and th view over massive oak trees is quite lovely. The location is excellent; right near Broadway shopping centre and a short walk to Central station and the CBD. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and it's one of the reasons we keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this. Just outside of the CBD proper, close to transport to get your everywhere, and there’s a large shopping mall with groceries close by. Complimentary access to a nearby gym also an option. Even the smallest rooms are still suites, with seating and kitchenette. Much more comfortable for a slightly extended stay or when there’s more than one of you. Well furnished, good sound proofing, ability to adjust the lighting. Really reasonably priced too. Only (small!) suggestions for improvement to management: some basics in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper) would be super helpful. Some sort of Bluetooth speaker would be a nice to have, also.

Pros: very comfy bed, service and lobby. Cons: apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. Sofa was defective. Room was missing some items like second bedside lamp and cushions for all armchairs and sofa. Management offered a discount on next stay, rather than a partial refund.

Staff are very helpful and polite. Room - Junior suite - is spacious with a high ceiing and nice layout. Room had good sound proofing, thoughtful furnishings and good ambiance. Mattress and pillows are good quality. Good hot water. Wifi is fast. Small kitchenette is well thought out and equipped. Cleaning staff were very thorough and considerate of my belongings. The coffee in the foyer is very reasonably priced and was the best coffee I had during my stay. Location is also very good. Quiet and safe street but if you walk any direction you seem to be somewhere.
