The Branksome Hotel And Residences

Our flight got cancelled, and my daughter said it was her worst day ever. But after arriving here, she said it had become her best day! ❤️ The front desk service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially with two young kids. We particularly loved having a built-in washer and dryer—it made travelling with children so much easier. The hotel also has a 24-hour gym, a heated pool, and a sauna, which were great additions. And the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! Both our children and we really enjoyed it. The menu has a great concept of East meets West, with a good variety of choices to suit everyone. What started as a terrible travel day turned into such a wonderful experience. We’re so glad we ended up here and would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our experience at Branksome Hotel! Super spacious rooms and the food was great, good value for money, and there was a great range to choose from. The service was also a standout - the staff were friendly, attentive and more than happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, particularly if you’re travelling for work. It’s incredibly close to the Airport. Literally walking distance to domestic terminal. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the airport which makes life easier and is well priced! It’s always nice to come somewhere where the team genuinely seems to care about making sure you have a good experience. Great food, lovely service, great location and very reasonable pricing. We’ll definitely be back!

A large complex, comfortable & inviting foyer. Friendly staff with onsite restaurant. The food is very good & they do room service. Close walking distance to the Mascot shops & buses. Train is a 20minute walk. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. We had a 14 day stay & it went well. Apartment had laundry & kitchen facilities, large bathroom & comfortable bed. The only issue was the noise from the airport & freight train. But our apartment was airport facing so not sure if it would be quieter in the other apartments road facing. Other than that was a lovely stay.

What an amazing surprise! I honestly wasn't expecting an airport hotel to feel this luxurious. The Branksome Hotel & Residences is a hidden gem and easily one of the best places I've stayed in Sydney. From the moment I checked in, every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The service was exceptional and made a real difference. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and incredibly quiet. You'd never guess you're so close to the airport. It felt much more like staying in a luxury five-star hotel than a typical transit hotel. If you have an early flight, a long layover, or just want somewhere comfortable to stay near the airport, don't miss this place. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and value.
