I stayed in one of the One Bedroom Suites and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff were absolutely lovely upon arrival and took great care in checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was clean, large, the bed was comfortable and all the appliances were clean and ready to use. We enjoyed the pool and spa amenities and went for dinner just around the corner. The late check out time of 11am made all the difference as we were able to relax in the morning instead of rushing to check out. The whole process was seamless. An amazing hotel in an amazing location. I couldn’t recommend more.
The ambiance is quite elegant and good interior design. As soon as you enter, you’ll feel the vibe different from other hotels and it has everything you need. Close and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything you need is there.
Stayed here for 2 weeks. 250€ per night. Upscale hotel with very good location in the heart of the CBD. High quality amenities. The Jacuzzi has crazy foam. Still a bit overpriced. I think for the money there are better stays. But you certainly feel like a VIP staying here.
Enjoyed our stay. Spacious suite was lovely. Appreciated access to a shower after long flight that got us to the hotel before check in time. Wish there had been printed directions for use of microwave/oven. Kind lady from reception helped us to use microwave function. Beds, pillows, etc were comfortable. Room was quiet. Cleaning was adequate but not quite thorough.
Location is perfect just in between the port and Chinatown and the shops. The room was roomy and quiet and comfortable. The pool, gym and hot tub make it a wow. I gave a 4 stars in service because staff don’t bother to look at you when you enter the hotel. I was there 4 days not a hello. The only one would be the Japanese girl who would smile at least. I would recommend and come back since everything else is perfect
