Amazing, friendly staff, clean room in a great location. Short stroll to public transport and plenty of yummy restaurants close by. The free coffee/tea/hot choc is just adds an extra touch of awesome.

Excellent location in Chatswood, 5 minute walk from the metro. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The two bedroom apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Room is big with a large balcony. Pillow is flat and soft. Reception service is great and friendly. Just don't like the barista every morning at Ground floor. She is very rude and coffee is suck😟

Overall a good experience. Service was good, location was good, complimentary coffee at reception was good. Hot water in room was poor, couldn’t shower a family of four without running out of water. I’d give you 5 stars but for a Luke warm shower.

It’s a short walk from the Chatswood station. There are multiple food and drink options nearby. The premises are very clean and well maintained. It’s close to a residential area and I was able to go for nice morning walks. Some cafes are open early morning for a coffee or breakfast as Silkari doesn’t offer breakfast. They do offer free coffee in the mornings. Overall a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.
