Great location. I wouldn't stay again. The beds need to be replaced. I was here on a work course and had the worst sleep. Woke up with a very sore neck. My partner felt the same way. I was every tired the next day for my course. The shower needs to actually cleaned to remove the mould build up.
Stayed here to visit Royal North Shore hospital with my disabled daughter for an appointment. Great location, good rooms (accessible door opening was brilliant) They were unable to provide me with directions to car garage (I had paid for parking) and I had to call 5 times before they answered. Had to request extra towels - only 2 provided for accessible room.
Great location by the train station and heaps of food options. Service was pleasant, room was rather subpar - could hear people using the toilet in the next rooms over and the bed was very uncomfortable. Do-able for one night but wouldn't book for longer.
We recently stayed at Quest Hotel for 2 Nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. Everything was well maintained, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Thank you to the team at Quest Hotel for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay again and highly recommend it to others!
Close to the train station - easy to get to with public transport. Can recommend going to the train station restaurants in the afternoon when they put everything on sale for a quick easy dinner. Studio was a decent size. Had kitchenette with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, sink. Large bathroom included washer/dryer. There was a sliding door (to nowhere) to get fresh air. Could hear noise from outside/neighbours which was a bit frustrating mostly because the person was making hacking noises. Since bed is 2 pushed together the middle was hard and uncomfortable if you roll onto it. Otherwise bed was comfortable. Didn't use pool or gym but the option was there. Easy to check in and out and front desk staff were always friendly. Not a 5 star hotel, but 5 stars for what it is.
