Incredible service. As we know there is an infestation of moths at the moment. I hate moths. One managed to get in to our room through the window. Im freaking out and my friend is doing her best to save me but she can’t get it. My sister goes to get bug spray and returns with Daniel. Daniel works reception and does not fear the moths. He comes in with his binder and spends at least 10 minutes fanning the window to get the moth away. We were almost convinced it had left. Daniel was determined. He manages to get the moth out and sent it outside. Incredible performance. Then we are waiting out to front of the inn for an Uber Daniel comes out of reception and shows a picture of a bird he had saved from the walkway and gave water. He is the animal whisperer saving wildlife from the inn. 10/10. Shout out Daniel for allowing me a peaceful moth-free night of sleep.

I stay here overnight whenever I have a procedure at Concord Hospital as I live in the Blue Mountains. After my fourth stay, I can honestly give these folks a 5-star review. Comfortable, quiet (even the rooms on the highway side are good) and well appointed rooms. Always perfectly clean. Staff are friendly, professional and available. Price is excellent when you consider parking is included, and it really is pretty close to Sydney CBD. The room layouts are great, no craning your neck to see the TV and you can log into your streaming apps instead of having to cast from your phone (even Novotel can't say that!) I have tried staying in other places nearby but none compare. It's worth the extra Uber fare for me to stay somewhere I know and trust when getting in the zone for surgery. Would recommend to anyone travelling as a single person or couple on leisure (if you are going to drive places) or business, or, like me, being near(ish) Concord Hospital. Also not far from RPAH.

Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Shower easy to operate. One problem was the top hinge of the door was loose meaning had to lift door to close it. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

The staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Room Service every day. Locked gates at night for extra security. 2 min walk to servo. Overall just a good place. If your looking for fancy this is not the place. But it is what I wanted and needed.
