Celebrated my mum’s birthday here. Wonderful room, staff and location. My parents enjoyed the pool, loved the breakfast and the view from their balcony. North west facing room was also a winner in the afternoon. Will be back.

The bar, Hacienda Sydney offers a botanical retreat away from the city and serves Cuban-inspired cocktails and snacks and harbor views. Hacienda is open for breakfast (guests only), lunch and dinner until Flaminia's opening. Each of the modern, self-contained apartments offer elegant black and white decor, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities. All apartments include separate lounge and dining areas and at least 1 flat-screen TV with a DVD player and cable channels. The property also offers a 24-hour front desk and valet. Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbor is a 30-minute drive from Sydney International Airport, or you can catch an express train from Circular Quay to the airport terminals. Regular ferries run from Circular Quay to Manly, Luna Park and Taronga Zoo.

Great place to stay in Sydney. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location near Circular Quay was a huge plus. Easy to walk to restaurants, the harbour and nearby attractions. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were pleasant to deal with. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay here. Comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast. Especially want to give kudos to Siyun at the front desk. She was the ultimate professional and went above and beyond to help us with a rather difficult parking situation, and took extremely good care of us.

We stayed here for VIVID and absolutely loved the location! Didn't use the restruants inside, we loved the pool and absolutely LOVED the doorman Tahii!! He was incredible! He had the best green shoes we've ever seen and was so kind, and sweet and treated my family and I as if we were royalty. If they keep staff like Tahii on board they'll go even further!

We arrived early to drop off our car and bags. We were greeted by David and were told a room was almost ready. We went to get lunch, during which they rang to let us know the room was ready. We weren't expecting the room to available that early. We enjoyed having the extra time to be able to just sit on the balcony and look at the view. We ate in both restaurants and thought that the food and the service in both was first class and worth the price. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Opera House and the wharf theatre.
