Pretty standard near to airport hotel in terms of facilities. I saw a major airline hosts it's staff here, so must be good. Friendly, professional service and a good breakfast, even if the hot food was the tepid side of lukewarm. But a good selection and very professionally staffed. Restaurant was a bit on the pricy side so I ate elsewhere for dinner.
Big thanks to Tim Nott and the team at the Novotel Sydney International Airport for the upgrade. Its wasn't expected but certainly appreciated by me as it allows me to stay at a hotel that feels like home away from home. The staff were friendly and courteous and couldn't have done more to make my stay comfortable. If you are looking to stay in and have dinner at the restuarant, you will not be dissapointed in the quality of food and the variety in the menu. We ceratinly weren't. A great spot to stay overnight if your catching a flight and a great hotel situated near both airports. Look forward staying there on my next trip to Sydney.
Great location to be next to the airport but still be able to easily travel around Sydney. Short walk to the train station in Wollicreek and again just easy to get everywhere we had to. Staff was attentive and kind even when I had some strange things we had to work around due to how work booked the room. Breakfast was good and consistent quality day by day. Wifi was some of the best I've used at a hotel. Biggest downside are the stupid bathrooms. They have a small lip into the bathroom that I stubbed my toe on at least 3-4 times. Horrible design and would honestly make me think twice about staying here again. Otherwise the rooms were great.
I had a very comfortable stay at the Novotel Sydney International Airport. It checks all the boxes for a great airport hotel: Spotless Rooms: The room was incredibly clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind and get a good night's sleep before a flight. Fantastic Staff: Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient. Great Dining: I was impressed by the meal options. The onsite restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast selection was fresh and plentiful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay near the airport. I would definitely stay here again
We really liked the hotel overall and had a good experience, but a few updates would be nice. The "queen" bed was actually just two small mattresses pushed together and wasn't particularly comfortable--upgrading to nice, full-sized mattresses would be much better. Also, we appreciated having daily breakfast, but some variety from day to day would be good. Lastly, we would've liked to use the pool, but it was pretty chilly, so raising the temperature would make it much more usable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay; the hotel is very chic and clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and it was reasonably priced. We would stay again!
