Pleasantly surprised! The beds were really comfy. The kitchenette and washer/dryer facilities were really appreciated on our trip. There is a retractable clothesline in the bathroom that was also handy. The outdoor spa was delightfully warm, even at 8pm on an early September night. There was a bit of noise from traffic but it didn't bother us at all. The view across Rosehill Gardens to the City was great, especially in the early morning. Easy to access public transport and shops. Friendly team members at reception. There was an odd smell on the floor when exiting the lift, but it got less noticeable the longer we were there and we couldn't smell it when in our room. We never heard noise from any other room during our stay. We asked for twin beds and they had them ready for us. We will definitely be back.

First time staying in Parramatta for a week and I had the most amazing time at the Nesuto thanks to the exceptional staff and service especially to Evelyn and Jan at reception for being so welcoming and helpful with all my needs. The room was immaculately clean and all facilities were in great working condition. Would definitely rebook and recommend staying here. Thanks again Evelyn and Jan 🙏🏼😇
Reasonably-priced serviced apartments. Rooms have kitchenette and are pretty small but clean and tidy which is what you want. Shower over bath and washer/dryer, microwave and small dishwasher in room. Located right beside busy road but didn't bother us and handy if you're driving.Underground parking which we thought was expensive but necessary. Maybe revamp the bathrooms but i guess that would put up price? Wifi was pretty bad too but hey-ho! Overall we were happy to stay here and would do again.
Rooms are spacious and clean. It has a kitchenette which is very handy. The design of the rooms are a bit of the older side. But hey, what's important is its clean and tidy. Location isn't the best, not much food choices nearby so you'll need to drive to Parramatta city centre to get some decent meals. Price, however, is excellent. Quite affordable. Overall, good experience staying in Nesuto.
We booked a cheap hotel so didn’t expect the world, but expected a few basics that were lacking. The room overall was ok, the bed was big and comfy and it had a small kitchenette and washing machine which was definitely a plus. It was a bit dated as expected for the price but was clean. Parking is also handy. The downsides were that this hotel/apartments are on a main road and the traffic noise in the room was hideous and affected our sleep. The parking costs extra (wasn’t outlined when we booked online through an external booking platform) and the carpark is extremely tight if you have a big car. The TV is prehistoric and has no smart capability so couldn’t connect to Netflix or any streaming services (come on it’s 2026 this is standard in even basic rooms now!), and the wifi was very sketchy and we ended up turning it off to use our phones properly. The smoke alarm was pretty much next to the stove, with a warning sign that if you set the alarm off there may be a $500 fine. We had the extractor fan on, windows open as much as they’d open (a few cms) and food cooking on low and the alarm still beeped a couple of times and made us panic - so you can’t really cook properly or utilise the kitchen unless you risk getting a hefty fine as it’s not really fit for purpose with its current layout (smoke alarms in the wrong location and windows don’t open enough to ventilate whilst cooking)
