My stay was a pleasant one. The location was close to my office. Macquarie centre was just opposite of the hotel and can easily walk to the mall. The hotel has plenty of facilities like gym and pool and can go for a walk nearby. The staffs were very helpful. My experience with Van, Akhilesh, and Marie and all the other staffs were very nice and they were all very helpful. They were always prompt to support for any queries or concerns. I will definitely always choose this place for my future stays.
I’ve been staying here for a few years now and it’s been absolutely amazing! The staff are incredible, Akhilesh , Taylor, Van , Qiana , Grace.. I can’t name them all, the house keeping team are amazing at what they do. Their customer service and hospitality is outstanding, they are why I always return here. 10 out of 10!! I highly recommend you stay here. The best place I’ve ever stayed in. I’m always met with a smile and they are always willing to help solve any problems I have. I will always return to Meriton Suites North Ryde!!
First time staying here. Great room with washing machine, dryer, cooktop, fridge and TV. The only problem with my room was the “king bed” was 2 beds put together with a noticeable dip and gap in the bottom. Also missing toothbrush and shaver
Facilities were great with pool, gym and spa
We stayed as part of a group across three rooms. The rooms were all great, lovely and clean, beds were comfortable too, especially the pillows. A few more plates and cutlery would have been great.
Couldn't fault the service. Great proximity to the shopping centre and medical facilities.
There was some noise from the construction site next door, but it wasn't too bad.
All in all a great stay. We will be back
Finding the entrance is fun the first time. Good size units for two, fairly clean and they have everything you'll need. Good aircon, lots of road noise. 24 hour reception is nice.
TV didn't work properly, that was fixed. Dishwasher didn't work properly, that wasn't.
TV in bedroom can't be seen from the bed. Nowhere to sit your suitcases in the bedroom. Needs more places to hang things in the bathroom. Nice big shower though, with good water pressure and lots of hot water.
It's very convenient to the shopping centre, the Metro and buses. Actually finding your way into the centre from the street can be a challenge.
Good size lap pool with a spa, pool not heated. Small shop at reception with some essentials and junk food.
Overall not a bad place. They could clean the windows once in a while.
