I had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Mascot Central and would happily give it five stars. The location is excellent, especially if you are travelling by car. It was convenient, easy to access, and made the whole trip much more enjoyable.
I drove from Brisbane to Sydney for a holiday and chose Meriton Suites Mascot Central for my stay. I was so impressed with the experience that this trip has turned me into a loyal Meriton customer. I’ll definitely choose Meriton Suites again for my future trips. Highly recommended!
We have never had a bad experience staying at any Meriton in Sydney or Brisbane. Staff at reception are friendly and the one bedroom apartments are spacious and having access to a kitchen is great. We checked in on this occasion yesterday just for 1 night as we are going on a cruise out of Sydney, on getting to our room we saw a hand written birthday card for my wife as well as complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Once again thank you Team Meriton.

Absolutely horrible experience. We requested an early check-in and it was confirmed via email. Upon arrival we were told that the room wasn’t ready and check-in will be at the standard 3pm. For the inconvenience we were offered a high floor room. We were given the worst room overlooking nothing but factories. We told them we’d like a different room overlooking the city, like pictured on their website. We were first told they don’t offer rooms like this, but after I pulled up the website they “checked again” and found one available. They told us it will be ready in 15 minutes. We waited over 45 minutes only to be told they’re not sure when the room will be ready. This is now 4:30pm and we were just sitting waiting. They did nothing to rectify the experience and we just said sorry we’d like to cancel and they cancelled it straight away. We recommend anyone planning a nice stay to stay clear of the Meriton and their perceived cheap prices. It comes at a cost.
Spaces sitting and living room with kitchen and laundry. Sitting at 5 minutes walking distance to train station and bus would be the best selling points Not far from domestic and international airport suitable for short stays overseas visitors. Very reasonable pricing under current market standard.
I give this hotel 6 stars!! We missed our flight and did a walk in booking. The staff were so kind and accommodating in every way. Check-in and check-out both seamlessly smooth but the real stand out was the Guest Liaison Legend Daniel who went above and beyond for us, assisting with everything we needed. The rooms and facilities are outstanding and kept spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel and loved the easy access to and from the airport and many restaurant and take away options including Woolworths within 5 mins walking distance. There is a shuttle bus for $12pp in the mornings and the local bus is close, cheap and easy. You will not regret booking this hotel which is exceptional value for money. Stop looking, book now and enjoy!
