Fantastic hotel in a great location, close to everything you could possibly need. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has excellent amenities, and the rooms are modern and have a nice atmosphere.
The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable — easily some of the best we’ve experienced in a hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
No idea what people are whinging about on the reviews about noise, we heard absolutely nothing and stayed over the weekend.
Only stayed 1 night. Nice and clean, located next to the pub which is very handy. The shopping centre is a 20 min walk away, or 3 minute drive. Great location.
We stayed at this hotel for one night. Overall, it offers very basic facilities and services, which may be fine if you’re only looking for a simple overnight stay.
The best part of our experience was the restaurant next to the hotel. It had a nice atmosphere and a good bar, which we really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing. The selection and quality didn’t match our expectations, and the food wasn’t to our taste. The poached eggs looked nicely presented, but they were very watery and lacked flavor, which made them quite unpleasant.
Overall, it was an average stay. While the restaurant was a highlight, I think there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to the breakfast quality
Mercure Rouse Hill hotel is easily one of the highlights of my frequent work travels.
The rooms are always clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind after a busy day. Dining menu offers a great range of options and a warm atmosphere that makes dining in a pleasure.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service from the entire reception team! A special shout out to E-Jay who consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay enjoyable! His attentiveness, professionalism and genuine commitment to guest experience makes a real difference!

Quick overnight stay, very clean and comfortable rooms that felt fresh. There was an ice machine which was a nice amenity. The pool is very small and directly in view of diners. The bed was really comfortable. Lots of free to watch programs as well. The staff were upfront and clear that all room service food was from the Fiddler next door, and we appreciated the transparency. This was a very convenient and pleasant place to stay for a purpose if you have to visit something nearby.
