Mantra On Kent

First time we have been upgraded and received our welcome drink since joining Accor. Rooms very clean & well appointed Vera, on Reception was fantastic! Excellent friendly service, professional , and called us by name the entire stay. Thank you !!

Pros : - Location is great, very near to everything in CBD - The one bedroom was spacious and well stocked, with washer / dryer Could be better : - Service can be better. There’s no housekeeping, only on request though !! - There’s only one lift working presently, so if you’re on the high floor ✌️ - Roadwork ongoing so if youre driving, there’s no parking in front of the hotel, so best parking is the Wilson’s beside it (which is chargeable)

Very sorry since I cannot rate you 5 stars. My biggest concern about your property is regarding House Keeping. I really dont understand what you mean with house keeping since our room is defenately not being clean properly. OK i understand if we need to wash our own dishes but by not vacuum the floor everyday thats very bad. Cause its carpet and I can defenately see dirt from the first on the carpet till the day I checkout. Second thing, you need to deep clean your washing machine and put a proper sign on how to use the machine. I’ve noticed a lot of laundry detergent being placed in the wrong spot; the accumulated, unrinsed soap ends up creating a mess. Have problem with the electeic stove and the guy has to return to our room twice cause don’t understand how the stove works and in the end we found out the fuse box is down, thats why the stove didnt work. Breakfast is great, Im an Accor platinum so that I can have free breakfast with them. And this 2 girl who serve breakfast everyday is very very nice and helpful. Probably they are the best part of our stay in this hotel. And the indonesian women at reception is also nice and very helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Mantra on Kent Sydney. The location is perfect—very accessible and close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. The view of Darling Harbour was absolutely stunning, especially with the vivid light show at night. The bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. A special mention to Kathrina for her exceptional service—she was welcoming, professional, and truly made our experience memorable. Overall, an excellent hotel with a fantastic location, beautiful views, and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.
