Return visit to this Hotel since it moved away from Accor group. WOW!  what a transformation, everything was perfect. if you are looking for a full service hotel in the perfect Manly location, then you cant do better. The new staff uniforms are amazing and reflect the relaxing beachside location. every interaction with statf was friendly and professional. The million dollar location is complimented by staying at a hotel with attention to detail and perfect room presentation. large comfy bed and quality linen and fluffy white towels, robes and slippers none of with the usual burn smell you find in many hotels due to over laundering. Modern well appointed bathroom with double shower head and excellent water pressure. For international guests keep in mind Sydney is on one of the driest continents so please respect water consumption every drop is worth saving. If you are lucky enough to stay in an ocean facing room you'll be over looking the world famous Manly Beach with its golden sand and close enough to whale watch or look for sharks. If you are an out of town visitor wanting a special stay to create fond memories of your time in Manly we strongly recommend booking Elysium Manly,  this is one of those world famous locations you just don't want to scrimp on to save a few dollars. Hopefully you'll create life long memories and the Elysium is the perfect lodging in one of the worlds most spectacular city beach destinations. After another incredible 11-night stay in July at the Manly Pacific MGallery, I can confidently say this hotel feels like my second home. We return every year, and each visit reminds us exactly why. From the moment you step into the foyer, you're welcomed by the beautiful signature fragrance, the relaxed coastal atmosphere, and an impeccable level of presentation. Every staff member is immaculately dressed, professional, and genuinely warm, creating an immediate feeling of comfort and belonging. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every department deserves recognition. The front desk team always provides a warm welcome and effortless check-in and check-out. The VIP Services team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay is perfect. Housekeeping maintains the rooms to an exceptionally high standard, with every detail spotless throughout our stay. The maintenance team quietly keeps everything running flawlessly, while the bar staff and restaurant teams deliver outstanding service with friendly smiles every day. The breakfasts are always a highlight. The selection is excellent, the quality is consistently superb, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are incredibly accommodating and genuinely care about making every guest's experience special. The convenience of on-site parking, with spaces close to the lifts, makes arriving and departing so easy. Once you're there, the location couldn't be better. Everything Manly has to offer is within easy walking distance, from cafés, restaurants, and shops to the iconic beach. The fast ferry is only a short stroll away, making trips into Sydney effortless while allowing you to return to the relaxed atmosphere that makes this hotel so special. It's rare to find a hotel where every single team member, regardless of department, consistently delivers such exceptional service. This hotel is next level! Everything from the location to service is fantastic. We stayed here for my husband's birthday weekend and the staff and facilities were incredible - we had an ocean view room saw the most beautiful sunrise through the trees and slept to the sound of the surf. We also enjoyed the heated pool and sauna mid-winter. We booked dinner at Cibaria and had drinks at the bar beforehand - DJ was great and wonderful atmosphere with music and fireplace. Very cool experience - loved the accommodation, food and exceptional service. Thank you!

I booked a hotel stay for both my parent’s birthday and VIP services went above and beyond to make their stay the most memorable birthday ever. Thank you to the team for the most special touches like balloons, beautiful handwritten cards and lovely gifts!!! They had the most amazing time. We will definitely be back - I could not recommend this hotel enough :)
