Hyatt Regency Sydney

Had a lovely 5 day stay recently for a conference at the ICC. Was a lovely room with Darling Harbour views and a small balcony. Clean room and good amenities. Only glitch was that I hadn't been told whether breakfast was included, I asked after 2 days to be told it was included and the restaurant said it wasn't so would have been good to have been clearer on that! Otherwise, an enjoyable stay and walking distance to the best of Sydney.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Hyatt Regency Sydney Our stay at Hyatt Regency Sydney was truly exceptional from start to finish. The location is fantastic, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was genuinely five-star, with an excellent selection and outstanding quality. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional level of customer service. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. A special mention must go to Nefri, the Restaurant Manager, and Daniela, the Assistant Manager. Both went above and beyond to assist us in finding a table and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail reflected a truly high level of hospitality. It is staff members like Nefri and Daniela who make a stay memorable and elevate the experience to another level. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hyatt Regency Sydney and are very much looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended — a true five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed for 4 nights for a company event. The location was fantastic, just few minutes walk to darling harbor and lots of cafe/restaurants are within walking distances. The room could be improved, I checked under the bed and there was a used bottle water. But on the surface, everything was clean. I stayed in the 2nd floor, and the view was another roof. The water station by the elevator was very helpful. The breakfast was really good, a lot of food choices. Overall it's a nice experience.

Excellent service from Taimur at check-in! We recently stayed at Hyatt and had a wonderful experience thanks to Taimur at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he made our check-in smooth and welcoming. He went out of his way to secure us a great room with a stunning view of Darling Harbour, which truly made our stay memorable. Taimur was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout — he took care of everything we needed without us having to ask twice. It's rare to come across such thoughtful and dedicated hospitality, and he deserves real recognition for it. Thank you so much, Taimur, for going above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend asking for him if you're checking in!
