Rooms slightly older but spotlessly clean. Staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Dinner and Breakfast at the Hotel restaurant was,superb as was the service. Will definitely return.

Decided between Park Royal and Holiday Inn and ended up going for Holiday Inn as I’m collecting IHG points. Second stay here due to work. Close proximity to the centre. Room service was nice too. Sarah was very helpful and friendly :) Room is dated compared to Park Royal but IHG points is an advantage.

The service can sometimes be a bit unkind but nothing worth getting upset over. It's a great hotel given the price. You have a room, a desk, a TV and a bathroom that has a blow dryer that also blow dries in a cold setting. The AC works well too. My room did have some issues with the remote controller for the TV and you can't open the windows but I think that's for safety. Other than that, it's pretty neat!

Excellent first impression. The lady at the service desk could not have been more helpful. The rooms are well appointed, good size bathroom, good hot water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The room was spotlessly clean. We were down for the show, so the location was perfect situated in Parramatta. 5 min walk to the train. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn. 👌

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here . The location was fine for us ,just a short walk to the train station but could easily walk to the stadium. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Did like the pillow option. Could tell the age of the room as there were no usb port in the room other than on the clock radio. The amenities were fine with the gym just big enough for a few people and the pool. We also were pleased with the buffet breakfast.
