Citadines Walker North Sydney

This is my 5th time staying at Citadines in North Sydney. I've tried a few places but this is my preferred stay. Staff, rooms, quiet, all are excellent. They have a restaurant that is awesome. It's a mixture of fine dining and casual atmosphere.

I don't write too many reviews, but this one is worth it. I've travelled for business for years, I'm looking for no fuss booking in and out, a nice quiet clean room with a quality bed, etc. Citadines North Sydney ticks all the boxes. Their restaurant is awesome and its the thing that really sets the place above the rest. Food, service, etc excellent. I've invited clients to the restaurant a few times. Citadines North Sydney has become a place I've grown to trust.

Spent 2 nights here. Very convenient to the station. We had a king bed, which was very comfortable. There was a toilet-shower which was generous enough in size not to feel pokey. The provided shampoos etc are larger on the wall types, but nicely scented and left your hair and skin feeling good. We had breakfast and a drink per person per day, and while there were selections for these they were plentiful, options outside the usual. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. I note they use green toilet paper and there is no cleaning service Sundays, neither of which was a problem.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, but what truly made my experience special was the outstanding service from the front desk team. A special thank you to Malu for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. She greeted every guest with a genuine smile, was always patient, and went above and beyond to help with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Malu is a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
