Citadines Connect Sydney Airport

A convenient place to stay after a long-haul flight, with easy check-in and a great location just a short drive from the airport. I really appreciated the staff accommodating my request to change rooms due to construction noise outside, allowing me to get some much needed rest. The main disappointment was the food and beverage experience. I arrived at 9:45am hoping to have breakfast only to be told that breakfast was no longer available. Given the hotel's proximity to the airport and the number of travellers arriving from overseas, I feel extending breakfast hours would make a big difference. There were also very limited gluten free and dairy free options, with the only gluten free option I could find (banana bread) already sold out. A few more choices, including dairy free yoghurt and alternative milks would be appreciated. Overall a convenient stay with friendly staff, but the food and beverage options could definitely be improved, particularly for travellers arriving after long flights.

Awful hotel and experience. Don't stay here - I was given incorrect information about the shuttles which forced me to order an uber to the airport. But this is nothing compared to below. a) There are virtually NO amenities, I called reception and they confirmed it. No toothbrushes, no water, no slippers - NOTHING. How can a hotel in 2026 not provide the most basic things? Even a MOTEL provides this. b) The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. c) reception is a pain and on the top floor. d) Only one staff member was helpful and courteous but the rest don't care.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the airport. The young gentleman at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. After a long flight, his warm and helpful service made me feel at ease, which I really appreciated. There is also a workspace on the top floor where you can comfortably work on your laptop, which was very convenient for a business trip. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

First up, reception is on the top floor (PH) in the lift (signs on the ground floor was hard to see), wonderful use of the view up there and location is great. My friend and I stayed here overnight for an early flight, and it was very convenient. I had to minus one star because the room my friend and I stayed in, the power points beside the bed was broken (two points, which maintenance should check out, I think we were in room 604) and the food was not that great at the restaurant (pizza was meh). Room was comfortable, bed was good. Staff was all very lovely: friendly and helpful.
