Bayswater Boutique Lodge

I enjoyed my one night stay at the Boutique Lodge. The shared bathroom was well equipped and well maintained. I was able to access the bathroom at all times, without any delay. My room was nicely furnished and helpfully contained fridge, sink, table, kettle, comfy bed and ceiling fan. Best of all, I had a wonderful walk from the Lodge to the beautiful Sydney Botanic Gardens. Place has good security with door codes used on main door and individual rooms. The location is relatively quiet and feels residential. There's a number of appealing eating and drinking places nearby.

You pay for what you get, so lower your expectations and you will be fine here 😆 Only feedback is the room we got, the window cannot be locked (felt alittle unsafe) and the room as a whole was quite dusty. Other than that, location is really good, and all basic requirements of a room to sleep in is met. Good bed and pillows too.

Beautiful place to stay! The decor was stylish and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quality shower products provided, the shampoo and body wash smelled amazing and added a nice touch of luxury. Communication was excellent as well, with the Donia responding quickly and helpfully whenever I had a question. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Great location — you have everything you need right around the corner. The space is cozy, and the little kitchen makes the stay much easier. It’s also impressively well equipped: hair dryer, iron, AC, fan, mini fridge, cutlery… you name it. The downside is the cleaning. You can hear the vacuum, but I’m pretty sure the space under the bed has never been introduced to it. The bathroom doesn't look clean and it is dusty, the exhaust fan is covered in grime, and the curtain hardware (In the bedroom) has seen better (and cleaner) days. A lovely place that deserves better housekeeping.
