I read the reviews on this place after I booked. Was quite freaked out. Especially because I had my kids. But honestly you guys need to chill. This place is decent. Sure a bit outdated but it’s good. The beds are comfy, it’s warm, everything supplied. Just calm down. If you want a 5 star place then go and book a 5 star place but honestly this is comfortable.

Stayed 6 - 12 July 2026 two bedrooms apartment. The property itself was nice, but my experience with the management was very disappointing. On the third day of my stay, the receptionist knocked on my door aggressively and impatiently, asking me to come to reception because of a payment issue. I had already paid through Traveloka, but they claimed the travel agent had not transferred the payment to the hotel. Instead of resolving the issue with their own partnership travel agent (Traveloka), they insisted that I pay the full amount again immediately. The receptionist even told me not to book through the agent next time and to book directly with the hotel. That was an inappropriate response, especially since they choose to partner with these booking platforms and should understand how the payment process works. As a result, I had to pay twice, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. Imagine if I had not had enough money to make the second payment. The hotel showed no empathy and simply shifted the burden to the guest. The bond refund was another disappointment. It was only processed after I repeatedly followed up by email, making me wonder if it would have been processed at all if I hadn't contacted them. The property is good, but the way the management handled these issues was unprofessional, lacked basic customer care, and was completely unacceptable.
The property itself was nice, but my experience with the management was very disappointing. On the second day of my stay, staff knocked on my door quite aggressively and told my husband to come to reception because of a payment issue. We had already paid through Traveloka, but they said the travel agent had not transferred the money to the hotel. Instead of resolving the issue with the travel agent, they insisted that We pay again immediately. Since we were staying for a week, we had no choice but to pay twice and wait for a refund. The second issue was the bond refund. After checking out, the bond was not returned as promised. My husband had to email and follow up multiple times before they finally started processing it. It felt like nothing would have happened if we hadn't chased them. The property is good, but the way these payment and refund issues were handled was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The property itself was good, but unfortunately my experience with the management was very disappointing. On the second day of my stay, someone knocked on my room door quite aggressively and asked me to come to reception immediately because they claimed there was a payment issue. I was confused because I had already paid my booking through Traveloka. The staff explained that the travel agent had not transferred the payment to the hotel yet. I told them that this was an issue between the hotel and the travel agent, and that they should contact Traveloka directly. Instead, I was told that I had to pay the full amount again immediately and then request a refund later. That is not how customers should be treated. They even suggested that I simply pay again and sort it out afterward. Since I was staying for a week and had no practical alternative, I was forced to pay for my accommodation a second time. The staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue with the travel agent and insisted that the payment had to be cleared immediately, otherwise we have to check out. The second issue was the security bond refund. I checked out on the 12th, and after waiting until the 20th without receiving my bond back, I emailed them to ask for an update. They had previously indicated that the bond would be returned within a few days after check-out. Instead of providing an update, they asked me for my booking ID and said they would forward my request to the relevant department, who would contact me within one or two days. After I followed up again, I discovered that they had only just started processing the bond refund on that day. This left me with the impression that if I had not contacted them, my bond might have remained unprocessed indefinitely. Customers should not have to chase the hotel to receive money that rightfully belongs to them. While the property itself is nice, the way payment issues and bond refunds were handled was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management improves these processes so future guests do not have to experience the same frustration.
Check in/out staff fantastic . ( more pleasant than previous years ) Executive rooms fantastic Our 5th year staying and will return. As for the $200 deposit it advertised and we have never had a problem with refund. Plenty if parking options undercover and street parking or across the road at Rosehill Gardens car park.
