Lovely modern place and fantastic location. However it’s a very noisy hotel. They said they have soundproof rooms but you can hear what is going on in the next room especially if they are on a phone call going to the toilet or moving a chair/walking around. A lot of the people staying too were slamming their doors so you were woken in the night. If you have the pool view you’ll get kids screaming around 6am in the pool. So sadly I wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

I have a really bad experience with Bondi Adina. Stayed 3 nights with 2 bedroom apartments. Paid 2k plus in total. Requested for later check out once I got in and they say I got to do it a day before. And every night when I got back there wasn’t anyone at the counter when they claimed there was always someone at the counter. So pls note their check out Is pretty unusual compared to the normal hotels. I only requested to check out an hour later at 12pm when I checked in around 5pm. They said one of my room has early check in at 12. So they do not value customer that requested for an hour later check out compared to those early check in. Really disappointed. Sara attended to me charged me $30. Pretty upset they are so stingy with their new customers and this will be my first and last time at Adina. Pls remember this is a 3-4 stars resort and dun expect the service to be 5 stars. Amenities, facilities and bedrooms are all very basic. Rooms are also much smaller in real compared to online photos. Water pressure in room 128 very weak.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience during our stay at Adina Bondi. We had advised the hotel in advance that we would be arriving around 1 pm and arrived back at the official check-in time of 3 pm, only to be told that our room still wasn’t ready because the previous guests had checked out late and the room required additional cleaning. Travelling with two young children, including a baby who needed a nap, this was incredibly stressful and disappointing. We had also requested a cot when making the booking, only to receive a call shortly before arrival informing us that there were no cots available. Despite our circumstances, we weren’t offered an alternative room or any real solution while we waited, and we didn’t gain access to our room until around 4:30 pm. To make matters worse, when we finally entered the room, it still did not feel properly cleaned, which was frustrating after such a long delay. We also spent almost $300 on parking throughout our stay, which made the overall experience feel even less worthwhile given the issues we encountered. The location of the hotel is fantastic, but the lack of communication, the delayed check-in, the cleanliness issues and the lack of consideration for families with young children left us feeling very disappointed.
I had an excellent stay at the Adina Bondi Beach Hotel. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient Nespresso machine, perfect for starting the day. Having two TV sets added extra comfort and flexibility. The check-in process was smooth and impressively quick, making arrival stress-free. Above all, the location is unbeatable - just steps from Bondi Beach and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.
We were pleased with how quiet our room was and the bed was comfortable. As someone with thick hair, I was more than happy with the water pressure in the shower. The in-room washer & dryer was nice. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, which we used.
