We had a lovely room overlooking the ocean. It's a must spot to stay when in Swakopmund. The team are amazing and assisted us booking a tour which was phenomenal with Charlie's Tours. We will definitely be back!

Mornings began with a generous breakfast spread — fresh, delicious, and served with genuine warmth. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the ocean and within easy reach of the town’s attractions. The hotel was really good and especially when there was a booking mistake and they did well to accommodate us for a night as we reached there in the early hours and next day the staff really tried to make things good for us by giving us an apartment for the last day at no extra cost. The room was great and had a fantastic view of the ocean. We had all we needed and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was tasty and filing and the staff were helpful. There is a secure car park. There’s a pool on the roof but we don’t have time to use it so can’t comment.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The pool area is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Swakopmund’s iconic landmarks – the Atlantic Ocean, the dunes, the historic jetty, the lighthouse, and the charming old town centre. This location is just so ideal. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with peaceful outdoor areas like balconies to take in the beautiful surroundings. The dining room is super stylish, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Definitely highly recommended!
