An amazing place! The rooms are fantastic and the views are good no matter what, but it is definitely best to try and get a lake view room if you can. The hotel is directly attached to the mall, which has absolutely everything you could ever need. Breakfast was top-notch, and both the pool and fitness areas are perfect. I will definitely stay here every time I visit!

The worst W I have ever stayed at. There are many other choices under Marriott bonvoy. In Suzhou w. You will only get Dirty room and rude services.

W Suzhou delivers an exceptional experience with its bold, modern design and funky, energetic vibe. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city and lake. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the largest mall in Suzhou and close to the city center. Also heated, electrical toilets was great! The breakfast buffet is one of the most complete I’ve had in China, with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options. The on-site restaurants are also fantastic, offering a mix of international and local cuisine in trendy settings, but pricey compared to China average. The pool and spa area is a true highlight—absolutely gorgeous, serene, and luxurious. While the massages were excellent, they were quite expensive by local standards (comparable to North American prices). The only downside was the internet, which was surprisingly slow for a hotel of this caliber. That said, everything else more than made up for it.
