It's a shame. The packaging is nice, but several details are lacking.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Makes you feel like an important guest to them. Check in was a brisk and they recognised Marriott Bonvoy Elite membership. Got upgraded to a Suite which is always a very nice touch. Room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Toilet and Shower are separate cubicles. There is a bathtub as well. There were some simple amenities prepared. There were rubber slippers or flip flops if you need to go to the hot springs - kids size too. Bedroom adult and kids slippers as well. Walk in wardrobe with some hangers and bathrobes - no kid size though. Dressing or make up table. Rooms come with a balcony with coffee table and chairs. Really good space to unwind after a long day or to have a cuppa in the morning. The bed was comfortable and sheets look clean. Pillows was soft but you can request for foam pillow. Water pressure was really good and hot water flow need not wait too long. Drainage of the shower was good too. Overall very good experience and comfortable stay. Recommended for family, friends and groups. Take a trip to Nanjing and stay at Westin. You will love it. Outdoors, fresh air, relax and enjoy.
