Somerset Baitang was very helpful in assisting when I have a problem with my reservation. I spoke to Liu Zhao and he was not only fluent in english but very helpful in handling my problem very fast. Highly Appreciate it and looking forward to the stay.

Price is pretty high, but their services are very good at that price..

Stay for 3 nights. The room was great. All the amenities of a 1 bedroom apartment. Including a washer dryer. Breakfast was good but the last day the restaurant staff said we only had 1 breakfast voucher. We had eaten there 2 previous breakfast without a problem. Staff was adamant about us paying for another breakfast!!!! Very nasty attitude towards us as we had trouble communicating. Left a very bad impression on a very good hotel. Staff needs to learn people skills.!!!
It may not be right in the center of all the main attractions but there is a train station, just about 5 minutes walk to Line 1 train, which makes it really easy to move around.
First about the hotel, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with daily housekeeping, comfortable beds and pillows as well as a washing machine and dryer with kitchen facilities. We were on the 20th floor which gives us a great view of the city.
Love the gym which is fully equipped as well as an adjoining yoga/pilates room, with big floor to ceiling windows, providing a great view to the outside.
Breakfast was very decent with a good variety of western and Asian food.
Minor complaint would be that there is no plug point in the bathroom for the hairdryer and without any mirrors in the bedrooms, it’s not easy to blow dry my hair.
Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good city view. The swimming pool was a big reason for us selecting this place but this was unexpectedly closed for the majority of our 6 week stay for major renovation. And beware of very high damage deposit charges (we broke a couple of glasses - our fault - but were charged an extortionate amount for replacement). We will probably stay elsewhere next time.
