First, the front desk service was terrible. Second, the hotel is supposed a non-smoking hotel, Yet, a person was smoking in the elevator area. Told him this is a non-smoking hotel, He replied that he is allowed and there is an ash tray for smokers. So, if you do not want second hand smoke, avoid this hotel.

The hardware is nice but the service and location are why the price is low here. Staff don’t speak English and the around the hotel, there are nothing to do!

I come here very often, my stays are long and they don't let me miss anything. The Staff is very efficient and present with guests. I am Italian, and here I eat very well. I put 5 stars because it's important the relationship with people. Thank you Sheraton Chuzhou
