I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Novotel Yangzhou for delivering an outstanding experience during our recent stay with my family. From check-in to departure, every staff member demonstrated genuine warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for guest service. A special commendation goes to the Front Desk Manager (A young gentleman wearing specs) whose leadership by example clearly inspires the entire team. It was truly impressive to see how the Manager personally ensured guests were well taken care of — going above and beyond what one would expect. One memorable moment was when the Manager noticed our taxi arriving and immediately rushed forward to open the door and assist my elderly father in alighting safely. This thoughtful and spontaneous act of care left a deep impression on our family! It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, where a manager not only leads but also serves with ❤️! This spirit of service clearly resonates throughout the entire team, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like coming home. Excellent hotel with great service！ The in-room amenities was good, bed and gym was excellent. The bed was so comfortable that all of us slept through the night. One of my friend even wake up early to make use of the gym facilities before we head out for the day. The hotel staff 小何 & 小杰 went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable in Yangzhou! Thankyou!
