Services is really really bad! My travel date to Wuxi is from 8-10 Aug. I booked on Agoda 2 separate rooms on 21 Aug and immediately realised that one of the room I chose the wrong dates from 10-12 Aug instead as I was going through a few dates. Immediately send in the request and realised that the rooms I booked was non-cancellation. Agoda assisted with the request on that day and got back on 23 Aug that Novotel declined the request for fee wavier on the cancellation. I even tried reaching out to the hotel on my own through the app and they didn't respond back at all!! Reached out to them on 21, 22, 24, 26 Aug and it's like they don't even have a customer service?!?!? No replies at all like hello??? 4 star hotel this standard ah. Email to them from the email address Agoda provided and the email bounce back that the email address is not found??? Send in a request through Agoda again on 24 Aug and 2 days later they emailed back that the hotel declined the request. Never booking this hotel ever again!!!!
